Had a number of screens replaced here a year ago and they came out great. Prices were very reasonable and turn around time was fast.Came back this year to have a number of glass shelves and glass pieces made for kitchen cabinet doors and the prices just blew away 5 other quotes I received. $105 for the 7 small pieces I ordered and $15 for install on the 3 doors.These are the prices of 5 other glass companies -$129, $162 - reasonable but then - $332(+$65 for install), $429, $447.B&R will continue to gain my business and referrals.

A story from a former customer: I ordered a piece of custom-cut glass plate from B&R to match a dimension on an existing piece of glass that I brought to the shop. The piece was completed promptly but the dimension did not match. B&R offered to modify the piece to match the dimension. However, they never contacted me when the piece had been completed. Three weeks later, I traveled to the store on a Saturday to inquire about the piece but the business was closed even though it was during open hours as posted on the front door. There were not any other signs on the door. I initially thought they had gone out of business. Four weeks later I traveled by the store on a weekday and discovered they were in fact still in business. I asked why they were closed, I was told that all of their customers know they are closed on Saturdays. New customers beware the lack of customer service!
