Love it here. so glad this place exists. I tell anyone in the area looking for veg/vegan options check out the natural grocer. also a good place to go if youre looking to buy gluten free products. Their produce is great, always fresh and I might be wrong but I believe some of it is locally sourced which-I appreciate even more!

You cant go wrong shopping at The Natural Grocer! Have a question? Theyll do their best to find an answer. Need something specific, again, they will go out of their way to provide it. AWESOME STORE! This is such a lovely, quaint little natural grocery if you like this type of shopping local and healthy. Wonderful selection and excellent Covid precautions.The only downside is that their prepared food is not that great. I was excited to see that they had a wide range of everything from made to order sandwiches, to salads, prepared case dishes etc, so I ordered a bunch of things to take home. They looked delicious but they were mediocre in flavor and preparation. The gluten free quiche had a “crust” which ended up just being a thick mass of dense rice formed into a crust. All of the items were ok but not something I would purchase again

Got a vegan and veggie burritos. They were delicious after heating them up. Got some delicious veggie sides as well they definitely take covid-19 safety seriously.

Great selection and excellent Cafe offerings. If you are gluten free, you will love their quiche and baked goods. Very supportive staff.

Took me a second to find, but they havewhole wheat berries at a decent price. Small store tightly packed with healthy, local produce and an array of supplements and dry goods. They also have prepared foods and their is always a customer seemingly buying all of their hot foods there for the nights dinner.

Adorable place. Had a delicious chicken curry wrap with fresh veggies on sourdough. Love that their salads have their own homemade dressing with quality ingredients

I’ve been a frequent customer for the past 6 months. I love their coffee, to-go breakfast items, and specialty finds. I do not however, like the man (curly grey hair + glasses + plaid button-up shirt) who rings my items. The first time I experienced this, I assumed perhaps he was having an off day. He was unfriendly and threw my credit card back on the counter, after he had rung it through. It was very unprofessional and left me disappointed. I didn’t say anything and decided to try again. I’ve been in a few times when he isn’t there, and the people are most wonderful. I was in today (9/10/19) and he was there. He was once again rude and unprofessional. I do not believe he is a good-fit for this establishment that otherwise feels so warm.

Little slice of Nirvana. Wish there were more stores like this. Every natural product you could want, excellent bulk bin selection, deli items are mouth watering.... And they are one of the few retailers who carry Yasso triangles!

The Natural Grocer was allowing a limit of 6 shoppers in at one time. The flow of people within the store was clearly marked by tape on the floor. I was so pleased to find that they were still offering prepared foods at the back counter. The staff behaved in their usual friendly and accomodating manner.I am so happy to support this wonderful Nbpt.business.

Great little store for organic and healthy foods and supplements and bulk bins. Great kitchen with 8-12 selections, salads, sandwiches, and freshly made juices every day. Fresh fruits and veggies, cheeses. For the small grocery footprint, excellent selection and staff too! On the pricey side, but thats what it likely takes for the to stay in business. Very glad this gem is thrre.

The Natural Grocer is a great source of healthy, organic, top end food and products for the whole family. I found the staff to be very helpful and the selection fantastic. Great options for vegetarians and vegans.

When Im in Newburyport and have the time, I always try to hit this place for their amazingly tasty sandwiches, etc !!! Their prepared food items are deeeelish & healthy! And they have a great selection of natural beverages as well! Ive never been disappointed with my choices for lunch at this gem of a place 👍👍

I love this store! So many gluten free options including fresh-baked GF muffins, brownies, snacks. The kitchen makes GF chicken fingers and soups. Lots of great retail options.

Im begging you, please take the croutons out of the ceaser wrap. Used to be my favorite, the croutons are too much bread in the wrap and not necessary. They used to fly off the shelf, now I notice they are always available...I dont think Im the only one that feels this way.

The best place to buy nutraceuticals! And the coffee and chocolate chip cookies will blow you away!

Found the vitamins I was looking for here, but the prices are very high! Not only with vitamins, but with everything here. It would be crazy to buy produce here, would cost you an arm and a leg!
