This should be your go-to oil company! I cannot say enough good things about the company, the service, and everyone who works there. Every question (and I have had many being new to a steam/radiator system) and issue (new oil tank, auto feeder, radiator valves), they have answered for me, fixed the problem, and shown me the ropes to heating my new old house. We recently lost the blower on our furnace. Lombardi sent Justin out the same day as the call. He immediately made sure the part was sent overnight, and it was successfully installed a day later. While installing the new part, Justin also cleaned other parts of the furnace and checked to make sure all was in working order. We appreciated the professional work Justin did and his attention to detail.

We have used Lombardi Oil has our oil delivery service since we moved here, but only last year realized they do service calls as well. We were having trouble with our furnace, and within 24 hours Justin came out to do an inspection and troubleshooting. He was able to fix the issue and get us back up and running in no time. Excellent service, Justin arrived right on time, worked quickly and was able to gain some efficiency out of my heating system. I just purchased the house and wanted to get the heating system tuned up and tank inspected before filling. I made the right choice choosing them!

We have used Lombardi Oil for years. Yes, their oil price may be somewhat higher than other companies, but you are getting the top grade oil. I believe the higher quality oil saves your furnace, thus saving money in the long run. Confirming my belief is our 1955 furnace, still running at an 87% percent efficiency. We are on the service plan and love it, think it is worth the expense. We get automatic deliveries, so we never think about needing oil. The service is excellent. The few times we have had issues, they have been fix with in the hour. I work with a woman who buys from a cheaper company she waited for three days to get service. I strongly recommend using this oil company.

I have been doing business with them since 1976. They have NEVER let me down. I always get the Xtra insurance. It is Well worth it. They have come to my home a few times. Even on a snowy Sunday night when my heat went out. In all the years and some problems it feels good to know they are there if you need them. And in All the years I have NEVER had to pay Any Labor or Parts. Highly Recommend. THE BEST. I usually go there to pay my bill and they are all always polite mostly the young girl behind the desk. But also the Technicians that come to my home..

In response to prices. Depending what type of comparison you are making, the company is very competitive to like-size full service companies. It becomes a choice of personal preference. If you wish to have the services, auto delivery, price program, service plans, 24hr service, budget programs etc. then you would choose to work with us. We are locally owned and operated community business, as such we also contribute to the local organizations, hospital, schools, churches - all the things that make this a great place to live! But, we always appreciate feedback.

Super High prices! - First oil I got the price seemed very high compared to competitors in the area...but they were close and I didnt think to call around. 2nd time I forgot to ask the price but I assumed it would be similar to the companies in the area... no..it wasnt...and I got a bill for 40 cents higher than 3 other companies I contacted the day after.Will not use again.
