I walked by the fabric area several times and the young lady did not ask if I needed assistance. I had the body language that I couldnt find the items that I was looking for. We made eye contact several times. When I went to the front to check out. Madisyn did not say hello, she didnt even say the amount. When she bagged my items....she tried to stuff everything into one bag. I asked for another bag. She had my receipt balled up. And I still said thank you....she did not say anything. Just poor customer service.

Its been so long since Ive been inside JOANN Fabric and Crafts. Buy one, get two free is right up my alley. Definitely going back. I need more shopping time.

When I interrupted a conversation to ask for assistance, I was taken to what I was looking for. I proceeded to the front register to pay and head to work. I waited a few minutes, two more customers entered the store, and still no staff came to the front. I again interrupted the conversation to pay for my one item.I got what I wanted, but will continue to shop Hobby Lobby unless they dont have what I want. Its too stressful to have to interrupt chit-chat so I can get to work on time.

Friendly staff, good selection of fabric, crafty items galore.For us the best part was we could bring in our dog 🐕, understanding that if he had an accident that wed clean it, which has never been a problem. We love dog friendly stores.

They have beautiful home decor and a fabulous clearance section. Its not just a fabric/craft store

I always get my supplies at Joanns. Today was thread day but I had a difficult time matching threads to my fabric. Newnan, GA store has VERY poor lighting which in turn makes threads look very off. This store needs to upgrade their lighting.

I needed more things to finish masks and swung by this location. Everyone was extremely nice with the exception of the woman on the register who was not wearing a mask. It was the Saturday after Black Friday so I will cut them some slack on that but ding them a star for an employee not complying with their own store rules

If you are serious about using fabric on anything I highly recommend using JOANN fabric they have so much to choose from it can be overwhelming but exciting and fun to choose your design and colors

Nice staff and a big selection of items. Needed some fabric for the inside of a guitar case and they had just what I wanted.

I love this Joann location. Always stocked well, everyone is helpful and goes the extra me. The manager runs the store well and is kind to the employees. She always pitches in. They will special order extra fabrics when I need them. Great store

The store is nothing like it used to be. It focuses way too much on the crafts. The fabric selection is not so good anymore and the prices have been raised way too high. Especially, when you can go to other stores in town and get the same fabrics for less than half price. There are some nice people that work there but other than that its just a store to stop by and get a spool of thread or quick pattern when theyre on sale.

I like this location. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. I had a hard time reading the fine print on a sign today but not sure why they would merchandise nonsale items in the same bin as clearance but the sign was correct. The cashier was particularly helpful today!

I enjoyed shopping at Joanns, but recently the fabric selection hasnt been what it use to be. When I did get some fabric cut, some new guy that cut my fabric seem like he had an attitude and made it seem like I was bothering him. Didnt greet me, I was the one that had to say hello....not good customer service! Normally everyone is nice back there . Very disappointed! But its a good place to go and get patterns when they are on sale.

I went specifically because the website said they had received a truckload of Disney Fabric. Two clicks in, it still looked to be true. I went and could not find any of the fabric advertised. When I got home empty handed, I discovered you had to click three times on each fabric to see if it was really there. Way to cumbersome and misleading.

Joannes is always fun to go into and find ideas or supplies for crafts and projects. They also have classes.

Great Joanne location. Clean, bright, organized, well stocked, lots of variety. Friendly staff too. Large parking lot makes access easy. My family dies a lot of business here and my kids love the crafts.

People are friendly here and theres a lot of cool stuff with good sales. I always come here to get one thing and get multiple items. 😊

Didnt have what I need ed

Went there to get some fleece to make a tie blanket and the fleece basically fell apart after cutting the ends. Went back to return it because it was defective and was given an attitude. If a product is defective it shouldnt be an issue to return it. I havent seen fleece disintegrate after cutting it. It was very poor quality as opposed to other stores such as hobby lobby and a lot more expensive. Needless to say I will not be getting fabric from here again.

I called to ask if they had the new pad in stock for the Cricket Easy Press. The lady was so rude she told me she didnt have time to help me she had paying customers waiting to be checked out and hung up on me. I am so mad. She could have said please hold and i will get some one to help you. That was just rude customer service. Looks like I wont be going back to the Newnan Georgia store.

Horrible customer service!!! I have never heard staff in any business talk so nasty and disrespectful to disabled customers!!! I WILL be contacting management in the corporate office!!!

I arrived at the store 15 minutes to 5pm on Saturday and the door was locked. A very rude woman unlocked the door and slid it open 2 inches and stated Were Closed. I said but its not 5 oclock and I need one thing. She repeated were closed and shut and locked the door.

What can you say - it’s a fabric and craft store and has great coupons. Most of the staff are great (some have bad days but don’t we all) and the place is always clean.

Has an advertisement that stated they except trade ins during this week. The woman to help us was busy talking and would not serve us until we mentioned it.When we got to asking her questions about the trade ins she would not honored it. She stated that they didnt honor it at her store and it must be somewhere else. My mom even asked wasnt Joann the same everywhere. She said yes but not that. We showed her the ad and the lady she was talking to even pulled it up. She still would not honored it.

Tina, at the cutting table, was exceptionally unhelpful and rude to me multiple times. I needed some assistance finding what I was looking for, and at one point, she walked away while I was asking her a question. I dont think helping someone for a couple of minutes was asking too much. Finally, after I did find what I needed and I measured it out, I had to beg her to cut it! I had to tell her 3 times! Apparently she has NO IDEA what customer service is. Ill find another store to shop in next time.

The air conditioning wasnt working. A product i have purchased previously wasnt in its usual place. I looked all around but couldnt find it anywhere. No help to be found. Not a great visit.

This is a smaller Joann type store but still carry most of the items that some of the larger stores have. Theyre located in the shopping center with other stores around it so you do have access to other shopping when you visit this location as well.

They seem like their always understaffed. I was there on a Friday afternoon and there were only 2 employees. 1 was cutting fabric and 1 was at the check out counter. The check out line was backed up to the entrance!
