The staff is always very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Produce is very fresh and stocked. The store is always clean and bright. I also really enjoy their pre-chopped fruit section in a pinch. Publix has my favorite sub sandwiches! You cannot change my mind. Not to mention theyre for a good price especially for the quality of meats used. Definitely come with a friend and split a sandwich for an even better deal.

I use to like shopping at this Publix until almost every time I get food at the hot food section they are out of a lot of vegetables and you have to wait. Its not just 1 or 2 times, this happens quite often. I get up at 4am to get ready for work and get home around 6pm from work fighting Atlanta traffic and to have to wait 20 to 40 minutes to bring more food out, What happened to being prepared for when things runs out? Dont deviate from how they prepare your plate they will take it out on you when you come back in, they know who you are and at times ignores you while youre waiting on them to serve you. Chelsea and the guy that says yes maam are the only ones that I have dealt with that has 5 star customer service.When you speak to Carlos about issues he apologizes but I know he doesnt mean it, its just something to say to get rid of you. Please take notes from Chick-fil-a, everybody gets great customer service.

Always very clean and never super busy when I go in which I love! Dont go as often though because the prices are higher than what I want to pay weekly! But I do love those BoGos! Staff is always friendly as well!

My wife and I recently made a purchase at this location, and the cashier we had —whom I noticed was wearing the customer service person uniform rather than the regular cashier uniform— refused to even speak to us. I felt it was very rude, and led to a bad experience. George would not be proud.

Just recently switched to Publix. I like how clean and organized the stores are. Only one thing they don’t carry is our pups dog food. Freshpet. Maybe they’ll see this and put it in.😉

The girl in customer service was something I have never seen at Publix. She was totally unhelpful when I was looking for a particular item there. Wasnt where she sent me to look for it. Went back to her to ask where else it might be. She was like a deer in the head lights. Duh.. I had to go find someone to help me. They looked it up on their phone and took me right to it.

There are always associates available to render help when you cant find that specific item you know is there but you cant locate ! They have great produce some even exotic fruits you have to read the tag then Google it to see what it is ! Overall Publix at Stillwood is my grocery store !

Well stocked, they had everything I needed. One person greeted me and asked if I needed a sanitized cart. The registers have plexi glass to seperate the staff and they sanitize between customers. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit of a pain, but it works.

Never had a bad experience until yesterday. It was the last day of their special price for sandwiches in the deli. The person who made my sandwich was in a terrible mood and treated me like I was bothering her the entire interaction, start to finish. On the one hand, I get it. You knock the price down on those sandwiches, people are going to take advantage of that. Theyre great sandwiches. And who knows, maybe you were just having a bad day. But none of that is my problem. Treating me like Im inconveniencing you is not good customer service. The special is what lured me in, but the experience makes me not want to use the deli anymore. I give 3 stars because the sandwich was great, and the store itself is just fine.

Why am I having to bag groceries at a Publix? And the cashier just looked at me like I was crazy? Has the pandemic resulted in a shortage of bag boys/girls? Please inform cashiers that if there are no baggers available, it is their responsibility to bag groceries and place them in the carts.

Tomeka in the Floral/Produce department is amazing! I was so frustrated trying to order flowers online to be picked up in store and she took the time to help me. She went above and beyond by sending me pictures of the arrangement to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I really felt like she wanted to make me happy and I really appreciate it!

This is the third time this year I’ve bought over three year old expired goods from this location. Two Starbucks coffees purchased months apart that expired in 2017 and 2018, & veggie crisps that expired in 2017. If you want to shop here just do yourself a favor and check the expiration dates lol
