My daughter in I needed a rental truck to help get her moved into her 1st apartment and we had been to 4 locations and when we saw this place Ez Wheels we got so excited that we may get a U-Haul truck and if it wasnt for Jason we probably wouldnt! Nice, kind, genuine and extremelypassionate for promoting great customer service.

I had a great experience at Ez Wheels. I was nervous at first because this was my first time purchasing a car on my own. Mr. Jason was so helpful in walking me through the process of the purchase. He was honest and genuine and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I’m so thankful I decided to do business with him and would recommend them to anyone I know!

Outstanding customer service from Jason! I live in the area but a family member was in town this past weekend and needed to rent a U-haul dolly. Mr. Jason was extremely attentive and helpful when just about everything was going wrong. From taking care of the rental paperwork to even having to give our car a jump, Jason went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and secure. 5 stars and thank you so much for such a great service!

This was our first time car shopping so we were pretty stressed about the process.The best part about EZ Wheels was not feeling pressured to purchase a car! We worked specifically with Jason and he was fantastic! He worked with us through multiple test drives and when we settled on a vehicle he was helpful to explain the process. It was the end of the night and he was multitasking between us and another family and did so like a pro!

Overcharged, Andrea was rude and acted like she didn’t want to help at all. I would AVOID this one at all costs. You are better off going with another company or doing it yourself.

Customer service was amazing I came to get a U-Haul early on a Saturday Morning last minute at that, and the owner made sure I had everything I need to make my move easy . The office was clean and smelled amazing lol it’s the small things that make you feel good !!

Financed a car from this guy.. Drove the car 3 days and the head gaskets were cracked. He advised me to take the car to good year they couldn’t find out what was wrong with the vehicle they called him and he advised them he would take the car to infinity but he called me and said it was fixed the car was a total lemon and he wouldn’t refund my money also was very rude a disrespectful about it‼️ I wouldn’t reccoment this so called dealer to anyone not even to rent a u haul don’t know if it would be reliable‼️

TERRIBLE customer service. This was my designated drop off location for my u-haul rental. Their posted opening hour was 10am. I got there early and waited way past 10 and finally just had to leave after dropping off the trailer. I left them a note in their drop box to please call me to acknowledge the delivery. I never received a call back and ended up calling them during business hours several times over the next three days and nobody answered the phone. Never again will I deal with them.

Received OUTSTANDING customer service from Jason when I reserved a uhaul for my move from GA to TX! Jason was extremely kind and ensured that we were fully aware of what to expect and answered any questions we had! The most memorable part of this whole experience is when the tow dolly we reserved nearly didn’t work for our car because it sat so low. Instead of allowing us to spend an additional $150 on a different tow, Jason went out of his way to come up with a different more affordable way to tow our car. After 3 1/2 hours, a trip to Home Depot and assistance from Jason, we were on the road to our new home! Though we will not be returning to GA, I will be sure to recommend this company to anyone and everyone near the Newnan, GA area!Thanks again for the amazing customer service Jason!!

😩 The owner is very rude and has zero manners. I am a handicap woman and he was very short, aggressive and temperamental with me. I just went in to ask a few questions about their services and I was immediately attacked with a very aggressive attitude. His attitude and demeanor scared me. I will never be going back there and I alerted the cops. No handicapped person should be exposed to such male aggressiveness.

I was really surprised at the service and professionalism of such a small place.. Ill definitely be renting anything else I need from ezwheels!

Terrible service. Tried. To rent a Uhaul they open at 10. We arrived at 10:30 there was no number to call. No one to assist us.
