Very good staff was very good professional and timely.

Any cellular service bill can be paid through their website, and the staff feels more human than Sell Sell Sell Contract stores.

I WILL NEVER USE OR SUGGEST THESE GUYS TO ANYONE. I WENT TO GET A PHONE TURNED ON PAID THE MAN AN OUTRAGIOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY CAUSE I DIDNT KNOW WHO ELSE TO GO TO. THEN HE HAD CUT ME OFF BY THE TIME I LEFT THE PARKING LOT SAYING I DIDNT PAY HIM AN UNLOCK FEE. TALK ABOUT CRAPPY. I ALSO FOUND OUT FROM SEVERAL PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY THEY HAVE HAD TO CALL THE LAW OUT THERE TO GET THERE PHONES BACK. But with all that said i will be refering everyone i know to wireless solutions down by walmart

These folks get over on folks..complete waste of time..kept giving me the run around bout parts they know they didnt order..then took the phone apart before part even came then tried 2 charge me 4 cancel the repair for them not having the part! A week had passed and there is No store policy for cancellation! Are they serious where they do that at? Get out of here with that

Horrible service they have messed up two cell phone but refuse to acknowledge it . Never using this business again !!!!!!!!!!!
