I have purchased two computers, numerous other products and had my sons laptop serviced from Computer Advantage and every time I go in there, the customer service is excellent! Mr. Larry Roth and his employees do an outstanding job of providing the best service, answering my questions and getting me the best deals possible. Honesty and genuinely attempting to help me to the best of their ability is the feeling I leave there with each time that I have visited them. The personnel are very courteous, display patience with the customers regardless of the item they are purchasing. The repair department provides prompt service and in many cases solve the problem immediately. The Sales personnel know their products.

After 4 whole days of not being able to use my iPhone X because the apple logo was frozen on the screen and after spending hours on the phone with Apple and Sprint, I was told to try computer Advantage! Best advice EVER! Withing 15 minutes my phone was just like new! Spring was asking me 427.00 to simply send the phone back, yet I only paid 35.00 for Dustin to restore my phone. He was Awesome!

Horrible service, I brought a 10XS max into the store seven days ago about touchpad issues. Two gentlemen looked at the phone did a diagnostic on it and it said since there was no damage to the phone it was under warranty and they would replace the touchpad. Scheduled an appointment for six days later at 1200. I bring my phone in to get the touchpad repaired and they said it would be $300. Will not use this business again.

Im extremely happy with my Apple purchase from Computer Advantage Newnan. Their customer service is excellent! I have never considered purchasing an Apple product until my son told me that I should at least look at them. I decided to go check them out at the Newnan Computer Advantage store and I was fortunate enough to have Larry Roth help me. His enthusiasm and thorough knowledge for the products, and his patience in introducing the Apple products led me to purchase not just one, but two computers! I am new to Apple computers, and both the salesman (Larry) and the tech (Christian) gave me all the time I needed to understand their products and help me make the best selection for my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured. They were patient and spoke to me in terms that I could understand. FORGET THE GEEK SQUAD AT THE OBESE COMPETITOR!! GO TO COMPUTER ADVANTAGE!!Great Service! They have great technical knowledge and skill. My repair was completed by Nick. He did an excellent job of explaining to me what the problem was and offered several suggestions to move forward. Nick was respectful and never condescending in his speech or tone. (Thats very important to me especially since this field is not my area of expertise) Nick called me several times to keep me posted of his progress. The manager Larry is doing a great job also. Incredible alternative to driving to an Apple store. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a problem with my MacBook Pro. Brought it in Tuesday and had it back by Friday. It had to be shipped back to Apple. They called me as soon as it came in. Awesome!

Its great to have a store on the Southside where you can test drive Mac products. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. My iPhone went into the washing machine for about 5 minutes. I immediately dropped it into rice overnight and stopped at Computer Advantage this morning. Matthew Godwin helped me and took the phone into the back. Look for Matthew if you want exceptional service (not that the rest of the guys aren’t exceptional). There was nothing he could really do for me but he pulled some rice out of the power port and helped me find a new power cord. In the end, even though Matthew could not help me, I was very pleased with his helpful and courteous demeanor when I was feeling rather helpless and silly for putting my phone in the washer... Highly recommend Computer Advantage in Newnan!

I have bought several computers and accessories in this store and the experience has been pleasant each time. I recently had my 4 year old iMac in for repairs. After taking the computer home, it worked for one day and was down again, this time it appeared to be for good. Anyone who know computers understands that sometimes electronics do unexpected things. I took it back and was refunded the repair cost. I guess they could have argued about the repair refund, but they didnt. I appreciate that. I then bought a new computer. Thanks for working with me guys. Ill be back!

My experience with Computer Advantage was 100% positive.After being unable to get an appointment at the Birmingham Apple Store at the Summit Genius Bar (seriously, its nearly impossible to get an appointment), I was referred to Perry Computer Services in Birmingham by an Applecare representative.  My experience with Perry was horrible (since they refused service, I was unable to complete a survey to explain my displeasure with the way they treated me).After the horrible treatment at Perry, I found Computer Advantage in Newnan, GA.  I contacted them and explained my issues and received enough information that I felt comfortable making the 4 hour round trip drive to have them service my Mac Mini.  Yes, I drove 4 hours to drop off my Mac Mini.  I had to do this due to the long wait to get an appointment at the Apple Store, the horrible treatment at Perry and Apple’s ridiculous policy of not allowing Mac Minis to be shipped by customers.Upon arrival, I was seen immediately by staff.  The check in process was extremely smooth.  They provided a level of service that exceeded that which I expect to receive at the actual Apple Store.  Computer Advantage staff, especially Larry Roth, honored every promise and representation they made to me, which is much more that I can say for Perry and even Apple.  The repair was completed on time as promised.  I did have one minor issue but Computer Advantage staff went so far above and beyond what was required to “make it right” that the experience actually endeared them to me and make me more likely to use them in the future.One of the highlights of my experience with Computer Advantage was the overall friendliness of the staff.  It was just an awesome experience to interact with them.  To further explain how happy I am with the experience, my mid-2010 iMac will soon be in need of service and I plan to make the 4 hour round trip to Computer Advantage, (8 hours if I have to leave and return for pickup) rather than drive to Birmingham which is only an hour away to use the Genius Bar or Perry Computing.

I was extremely nervous taking my Mac in. I learned pretty quick my hard drive was failing, which wasnt completely unexpected as it was nine years old. We opted to get a new Mac and asked for my data to be recovered, if possible. They estimated five to six days before it would be ready. Two days after dropping it off, on a Sunday (and Valentines Day), Christian from Computer Advantage called and said I was good to go. Christian was super helpful, answering all my questions, he even carried both my computers out to our vehicle, and I got my new computer, with all my data recovered, days before I expected to. I would definitely go back.

Didnt get the entire job done. Brought in CPU with two issues to have only one fixed came back in 3 times and waited over 2 weeks to basically be told doing the issue I had with them will render only more hardache. I do have to say the manager heard me out and gave me a true and sincere apology, of which the reason I re-wrote my review and added the extra star. to me owning up to your mistake as the representative of a company is a big deal. The manager offered compensation to me for my dealings and having to take the computer up to big brother Apple.... So good on him! This store is good if you need your computer serviced or need repair . I would say if it is a funny warranty issue due to Apple computers not making quality products anymore than take to the apple store as they will not screw with you at the corporate stores in the same way theyll screw you and then hide behind a authorized repair store. Apple is just trying to make that stock sore and put small companies in line for the down fall.

Kind and courteous. I was explained that this business is unable to repair an Ipad 3 due to the inability to use aftermarket screens. Ie If you dont buy it there, no repair. This supposedly to the blame of Apple.I imagine a certified installer is a valuable thing, but one whose hands are tied?

I recently took my broken laptop in to Computer Advantage, and ended up needing a new one. From the beginning to the end of the diagnosis, sales, hard-drive transfer process, Adam was amazing. He was kind, understanding, easy to talk to and beyond helpful. However, mid-way through the process, Larry took the lead (during the sales process) and was condescending and obnoxious. He was high-pressure, dismissed every decision I made as foolish and was everything people dont like about salesman (even though it was clear I was definitely buying a computer there). The only reason I stayed the process through was because of how wonderful Adam was. The kid deserves a major raise in my book!

I’m not sure what to think. I have an iPhone 7plus. I have had problems since I got it. TMobile, up until March, has tried to make it right. After March, all Apple products have to go to Apple Stores.Issue ONE - My phone drops over 90% of my calls. I was told that there are new cell towers (started six months ago) that won’t be done for six more months. After a dropped call, my phone freezes and has to be restarted.In all fairness, a check was performed on my phone that seemed to prove my phone operational. Historically, I have had to have two SIM cards replaced.Excuse ONE - I was told that Apple to Apple service is better than Apple to another brand. I believe that is not accurate because it doesn’t matter what phone my friends and family have, the calls are dropped st the same rate.I believe that to Not be a credible excuse because I normally use WiFi through Spectrum that is cable based. And yes, we have had that system checked out as well - including EMF issue possibilities.Yes, I have insurance.Excuse two - As well, Over usage in the area was to blame. My call can be kicked out if another user is on the system. Higher traffic on the system is to blame.However, when I was out of state. The same issues happened.I’m going to talk to TMobile again. Then I’m calling Apple for the truth.I’m sure this store is reputable in most areas but the cell tower excuse doesn’t fly for me. There isn’t any documentation from the county about expanding cell towers or boosting the ones already in service. I can’t locate documentation.This phone has had issues in the past but TMobile can no longer make exchanges, nor apparently, are Apple representatives. Yes, I have replacement insurance.Guess I’m going to Lenox after all.

Overall, a terrible experience. I brought my macbook pro in when it suddenly stopped working, and was told at the store it needed a new hard drive. $200 later, I pick it up and take it home, only to find that it doesnt even boot. I plugged it in and got the computer to start, but got an error message stating that my battery was shot. I calmly called back to the store to report the issue, and they informed me that I could bring it back in and would need to spend nearly $300 to have it replaced. I specifically remember my battery working just fine, and in fact was told by the technician that it was working properly upon diagnostics. The manager was beyond rude to me and accused me of lying, and my overall experience with this place was a nightmare. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. I will simply buy a new computer else wear, merely as to not interact with this staff ever again.

I just want to thank Dillon & Christian for the AWESOME customer service they gave me. I came in your store last week needing some help with my 2 iphones. Dillon probably spent atleast a hour with me helping me fix my new Iphone. My other iphone had camera problems & was eligible for the Isight program. Christian took care of everything for me. I had purchased an iPad pro for here a week ago and this morning for some reason it would not read my thumb print and wanted my password which could not remember. Long story short Christian Novoa took care of me and got the iPad up and running. Im back to square one, but Ive only had it a week, so not to much to restore. Great services. These are the ones to go to.

Love, Love, LOVE these guys!My ipad2 croaked with the 9.3 update and would not activateTook it to these experts and they tried to activate for me first but it was no use. Along with quite a few others, my ipad2 was bricked and would have to be wiped and reinstalled, losing everything. Cost would be $35 -- I said Do it to it, and in no time, they called and said mine was fixed!! Best $35 I have spent in a log time.#1 Shame on Apple.#2 Shame on the Apple Store in PTC who said they couldnt help me, Id have to call Apple care.Kudos and then some to Computer Advantage - Newnan.
