I wish I would have read reviews before yesterday. I took an important package yesterday which was a Saturday and explained that I needed it to delivered next day - which I knew was a Sunday. I was told there was only one option and that was FedEx next day. I said ok and paid $67 to have it delivered. Today when it didn’t arrive I checked the tracking and it said tomorrow. I called the store and was told that tomorrow is next day and that no one delivers on Sunday. I didn’t agree but said fine but why was I told this was my only option to get it there Sunday? After calling the recipient I called the store back yo ask about a partial refund for two-day being that is what I got and I was just told sorry but no one delivers Sunday and was hung up on.
Very good service, been going to this place for years. A close and reliable place to drop off my pre-labeled boxes. The owners are friendly and always helpful.
Charging $1 to print 1 page of my prepaid shipping label is a bit much. The woman in the store doesn’t wear a mask as well and was very condescending when I said one dollar for one page of print was extraordinarily too much money. Found the complete situation of this place very unfortunate as I now will have to go to another place. Won’t go back and won’t support this small business anymore cause if there stupid greed.
Customer service is lacking. Called to ask a question and was dismissed and then hung up on. Want to support local business, but the people at the UPS Store are so much nicer.
If i could give a ZERO I would! Terrible customer service. Not sure why these people work in a people business when they are so rude. There attitude to just answer a question is appaling.I suggest you do not go here!

Hours are better than most of the shipping stores. In retrospect, I always feel like Ive spent more money than I should have. My wife sent a standard letter to Canada, she was charged $4.80. No special shipping or insurance needs. The US Post Office would have been cheaper.
Dropped in since theyre near my home. Needed to ship a large package weighing 9lbs. Quote was $55 for parcel select! Unbelievable. Real postage at the post office was $33. Thats 40% cheaper! Most places like this have a better rate schedule than consumers can get, meaning theyre charged less. Theyre doing little more than printing a label (which are usually provided by the carriers!). Sure its a business, but talk about taking advantage of folks who dont know any better. No, its not ok to gouge your customers. We ship cheaper it says outside. Ha.To their credit, staff was very pleasant.
Will never step foot in this place again. I went in and asked if they had an adhesive pouch to stick on a large item to hold a shipping label. All the guy could say is bring it in, well fix it up. I tried to explain that the item was too large and it was being picked up at my house ....bring it in. I would have to borrow a truck to haul it in for them to slap a sticker on it. I wasnt looking for a handout either, I would have paid for it but I didnt get the chance to explain. Bring it in. In other words I dont want to deal with you. No more business from me. Went to the UPS store 1/2 mile down the road and they gave me what I needed, and a couple extras.

I believe if you were to turn off the endless CSI videos on the TV in this establishment business would go much smoother. O cant even hear over myself trying to explain things to your retired employee.
Had a great experience shipping packages here. They had plenty of supplies and walked us through to make the process easier because I dont ship packages that often.
The prices are high but the staff is super nice and efficient. Its also located in a very convenient spot.
If I could rate 0 or less, I would. Do not ever ship through these people!!!!! Nothing they told me about delivery dates for the 2 packages I sent (1 via UPS ground and 1 via FedEx ground) was true. Ill never return there again.

I attempted to send a package from the store on Saturday (10/4) around 10am. By the following Monday (10/6), the shipment still had not been picked up. My first idea was to call FedEx to check the status of the part, they were only able to see a label had been created but no pick had taken place. I called the store around 10:15 Monday morning to inquire the status of the pick up and was told to call back 10 minutes later because the owner was not in the store. I called back 10 minutes later and received a busy signal FOR THE NEXT 15 MINUTES.Once I got in touch with the owner, he advised me that the package (after I had only given him the recipients name) could not be found at their location and then wanted to ask me additional questions in regards to the package for example: did I pay for it or was it just a drop off, who was it addressed to, and what was the tracking number. Hello? Cart before the horse? At this point I had enough. Couldnt get in touch with him in the manner he suggested and couldnt find my package?! Oh no thats not going to work. I informed him that I would be showing up to his store and would search for the package myself.Once I arrived not only was the owner extremely rude but he continued to throw excuse after excuse out as to why it wasnt sent on Saturday and then again why they were unable to locate my package. Not one apology was exchanged over the package or the phone issue. Luckily the package was found and I left with it. I couldve hand delivered the package to the recipient in the time Ive spent looking for the package and correcting this issue.I will never use this company again nor will I suggest this place to any one of the 1,500+ people I work around every day.
Ive also noticed the less than friendly personality of some the people who work here, but I could honestly get over that fairly easily if they just ran a tight ship. This location is listed as an authorized FedEx ship center, but there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to have a package scanned into the system to prove that it was dropped off. Secondly, the area where the packages sit to wait for a FedEx truck is out in the main lobby, right by the door where they could easily be picked up by someone walking out of the store (and I dont think the attendant(s) here are perceptive enough to properly monitor this). So Im terrified to ship anything from this location that I cant afford to completely lose. I currently have an eBay package that was dropped off last Friday at this location and as of today (Tuesday) it is NOT showing up in the FedEx system and I have zero ability to prove that it was even dropped off. Just something to consider if you have a valuable shipment.

OK first off I would like to say that the staff was very polite. Ive giving them only one star because the prices are ridiculous! Unless you are dropping off a package that youve already paid for do not go there. I took a large package in there yesterday and was quoted $71 for shipping it fedex ground. I was told that was the cheapest price available. I immediately went to my car signed into my FedEx account and created a label for the exact same package and printed it at office depot for free. I ended up spending $28.99 AND they picked it up from my house!
I wanted to drop off a package which I already had the shipping label for as I walk inside I did not get greeted by any of the workers I stood there for at least 3 minutes while the workers were talking among themselves laughing & not acknowledging my presence at all. At that moment I felt awkward because they looked at me but had not said nothing I ignored it. Then I asked the woman how much would it be to ship my 1 item that I already had the shipping label and box for she told me I had to pay a certain amount of money which I thought was absurd. So I told her I may come back. After The whole demeanor changed it went back to ignoring me like when I first got in the store. I was asking her a few questions about the cost and she did not look at me she was just on her computer not paying me any attention.Horrible workers, very expensive business! I will never go back!
