Great service, friendly and informative staff. They greet you when walk in. They offer assistance if you need it . But at the same time they let you look around without bothering you. If you have a question they have the answer or will find it out. The Instructors that teach the motorcycle courses have a great personality, take the time to explain things and make the course fun. I had a great experience here and will definitely be going back. It has a family like atmosphere .

The buying process was extremely simple. The sales team wasn’t pushy at all, they were patient and helpful. They give you a tour of the entire dealership and included a T-shirt and parts catalog as a gift. I’d recommend this dealership to friends and family.

My dad got a flat tire during Hurricane/Tropical Storm Fred driving home to Florida from a trip out to Sturgis. A different Harley Davidson said they could get him in a month. My Dad called the service manager( Dave/Darryl, probably not right) at this place and the guy was phenomenal. Offered to stay late 10 minutes if needed for us to get the bike in the shop. They were able to get the repairs done by close the next and were super nice about everything. Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

My husband and I visited this location today (June 5, 2021). Not ONE staff member greeted us, nor asked if we needed help. I personally walked by a few different employees.... Not a word for roughly 15 mins after being in the store. Upon leaving the store, the GM walked out of his office. Greeted us very pleasantly and asked if we needed help. I had a brief conversation with him in regards to the type of motorcycle I was interested in. I say all this to say.... Customer service is EVERYTHING. I refuse to spend $5 nor $30k with a business that does not have the common courtesy to say Good Morning ~ May I help you.

I recently purchased a 2021 Road Glide Special from Great South Harley Davidson in Newnan, Georgia. I travelled from Birmingham Alabama to make this purchase. Reasons: 1) Great South didnt hesitate on being able to get the exact bike that I wanted (ordered it directly from HD), 2) they were extremely competitive on price. They not only did not mark up the price above MSRP, they were able to beat everyones price that I had contacted. They found the bike, honored their pricing, and kept me updated at every step of the way.The price and getting the exact bike I wanted turned out to be only a small part of the experience. When I went to pick up the bike, the only way that I can explain it is that they made be feel like family. They were transparent, organized, friendly, and welcoming - not just my sales person but everyone involved in the process. I felt as if I were home and dealing with someone that truly cared. This is a rarity these days (in my experience).When loading the bike, Phill (sales professional) was right there to assist. Likewise, Donny (the delivery guy) saw us loading the bike on my trailer, stopped what he was doing, and walked over to assist. Nothing was at all pretentious - they truly cared about helping you get what you needed. Donny even offered to deliver it to me in Bham as needed.So, with all of that said, I highly recommend this dealership. Phill and the entire team made this an excellent experience. I dont know if it makes sense for me to drive 2.5 hours to have my bike serviced; but, Ill tell you that Im considering it. The engine light went on and called them from the road and were told to bring it right in. We only waited about an hour and enjoyed the BBQ while we waited. Very friendly staff.

I brought my motorcycle to them from the Harley-Davidson shop Tunder Tower in Morrow Georgia which I had a horrible experience with. These guys took care of the problem basically had to redo what they had already done it sucks I had to pay for it twice! I was treated with the utmost respect Ken was my mechanic and he is awesome!! He figured out the issue and fixed it right away! Dan is a service manager down there and I explained the whole situation with the other Harley-Davidson shop and he apologized for them and took care of me!

Service department is the most welcoming of any dealership. Jef is one of the best. Always enjoy stopping by to see Preston and bud (like to call him yoho) great group of guys.

I was greet at the door when I walked in by the lady at the front desk. None of the guys said anything. Another lady can up and asked if she could help. I said I was looking for women jeans. I did purchase two pair. But I was kind of feeling like they were watching me. She asked if she could hold my items as I shop. Then she followed me around in the store. When I got ready to leave. I was looking at several bikes. No one can to ask if I needed any help. Dont know if I will drive 60 miles to go to this harley davidson store again.

Genuinely excellent customer service

I just needed to pick up a few shirts for some friends but stayed for over an hour looking around and talking to the freindly employees. Of course they have beautiful bikes, the place was very clean and again, the staff was extremely freindly and helpful.

I have a 2017 Road Glide, that is financed with HD and I am interested in putting up for sale or consignment. Bike has less than 3,500 miles on it and upgrades (ape hangers, pipes, solo seat). Bike looks brand new. It’s a gorgeous bike and rides great even for a passenger!

Everyone is friendly and personable, but Ive never seen a dealership where they dont allow you to sit on the bikes. I understand they have them close together, but they even put the (dont sit on the bikes) signs on the bikes that are spaced out. In fact, theyre even on the trikes...kind of defeats the purpose to me. Also, the doc fee and freight fees are pretty steep; adds about 800 to the price.

Walked in and was immediately greeted at the main desk. I was directed to Kenny Dillard who introduced himself to my wife and I and then proceeded to listen about what I wanted. He walked me to a gorgeous 2018 Road King which had 1200 miles but had nice aftermarket mods. 1000 mile service was also performed. The bike was a perfect fit and match to style I wanted. I wanted to wait and think it over and went home with Kennys card. After 3 hours, my wife said lets go get that bike. Dont have to tell me twice.Kenny was fantastic from listening to our wants and walking us through our options, including suggestions on insurance etc. Short time later, I was ringing the bell. And taking an awesome bike home.Also, took riding class from David Crow and David Hamilton. These guys are deeply experienced riders who are dedicated to developing the best habits in riders. The class is not easy and it shouldnt be. I grew up riding dirt bikes and wanted to learn better skills for road biking. These guys understand and communicate. And they make the class fun. I appreciate their instruction.Every single person we met at GSHD was affable, amiable, and professional. Kenny was fantastic and I appreciate him getting me on one of the greatest things Ive ever bought. Also appreciate the General Manager calling a few days later to follow up. Great experience and people.

Rode my bike all the way from anniston alabama to their store with a buddy of mine. got there and didnt get any service. not even a simple hey how are you doing, ill be with you in a second, absolutely nothing. we walked around for the better part of 30 minutes and left. i understand some of the sales people had customers but not all of them. sad thing is they had the bike i wanted and i was ready to deal

**update**I dropped off my bike two weeks ago. I spoke with Andrew about receiving the estimate to send to the insurance company; he asked for my email address and said I would receive it by the end of the day. End of the day—nothing. I called the next day and Andrew said he couldn’t give me the estimate but that you guys would deal directly with the insurance company. I asked how to receive the estimate. Andrew said I had to come up and pick up a copy myself. Alright.So I came up two Saturdays ago and picked up the estimate. I hadn’t heard anything from the insurance company so I called—guess who hadn’t received the estimate.I just finished speaking with Wayne, who stated that the technician thought he had sent off the estimate but he hadn’t.Two weeks have elapsed with nothing. Not one person thought to check?Let’s go back to the beginning when I said I could send it MYSELF. When I had a payment I made it on time. I couldn’t have gotten away with “thinking I had sent it off.” On top of this I was told it could be at least eight weeks from the time you receive payment to get my bike back. I will not be doing business with you again. This is absurd.**I spoke with the adjuster who received the estimate after I called Harley—they emailed it to her. If you guys don’t want my type of business, so state.

Gene Evans’ Great South Harley Davidson is a landmark in Coweta County, a cultural hub, and the absolute best place to buy and service your Harley. The sales staff is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The store is huge, well organized and chock full of black and chrome freedom machines. Every weekend is a reason to go over and hang out, sit on a few bikes, and have a good time.

Just got my new ultra classic. This shop is by far one of the best shops in Georgia. No games and no obnoxious sales guys. GC is a top notch sales guy. Real straight shooter and their finance guy is good too. Also they had the best price in town, I shopped around. Thanks guys!

Great South is not so great - more like terrible. The company do not deserve any stars. Sales Rep Mike Clark and GM Kevin Lowe promised a deal to sell a bike to me - after it went to the service dept and after finalizing the price and I get a text 3 days later telling me it was sold to someone else. I will not recommend this location. If I was not a Harley Rider - I would sell my current one.
