Always helpful and always informative

Took delivery of our new Boston Whaler 315 Conquest from Sun Country. Communications from our order date, manufacturing process and delivery was on schedule. Sun Country was flexible in allowing us to use our own Odyssey batteries that we purchased from Battery Town Costa Mesa rather than the factory Interstate Batteries.Dustin and crew completed rigging of our boat in less than 5 days from delivery date and had the boat in our slip earlier than expected.Salesman John Painter made the transaction very pleasant and sea trial was handled beautifully. He coordinated rigging, handling the outside contractors for the canvas and fabrication work and trucking to our home in Ventura. I highly recommend these guys and John.

Pretty hard to really express how incredible blown away I am about these guys. I never felt pressured, upsold or even sold. These guys, especially John Painter, deeply cared about finding my family the right boat so we would enjoy it. After I purchased the boat, I have called John around 5 times and he has ALWAYS helped me with my questions immediately and even came out to my house twice to make sure I understood. These guys are true professionals.

I just bought a brand new 170 Montauk from Sun Country. The experience has been fantastic! Brandon helped us out with the sale and was always available for questions and prompt with the results. If I could give a six star review I would and Ill tell you why.Everyone knows that in this day and age it is hard to trust a business by their word. We are all fearful of being taken advantage of and for good reason. In my dealings with Sun Country, they told me the boat had the hydraulic steering option. As it turned out, they made an error, and after all the paperwork was signed we discovered it did not have hydraulic steering. They easily could have told me the paperwork was already signed and it was too late. That they were sorry for the error but they couldnt help me. I would have been upset and without a feature I wanted and thought I was getting.Immediately upon realizing the error they called to tell me that I was getting the hydraulic steering for free because they stand behind their word. That option is a $530 upgrade! They already gave me a fantastic price on the boat so that $530 was likely all their profit.I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Its good to know that there are still businesses that serve the customer and are willing to take a loss if its the right thing to do. I wish I could buy the Subaru Outback Im looking at from Brandon at Sun Country Marine! lol
