Associates are very friendly. I am able to text them directly and get info of new products. Its always a fun experience to go to this store. Associates take their time to show you and discuss products. Love this store.

Terrible service. Waited for an hour to get in, which was fine, but then once we were in, they told us to get out for just browsing around without an agenda. If it was just to quickly go in and buy, I would have just shipped online

Been hinting (and I use hinting generously as there has been nothing subtle about these “hints”) that she wants a new Chanel bag for her birthday. Although I find the concept of designer bags to be a bit silly, I decided to oblige her because, you know, happy wife happy life.I went in to the Chanel store and was greeted by a friendly young lady who was more than willing to help me out. After talking to me about some of the different styles and what’s trendy right now, I ended up finding the perfect pattern and size and I think the Mrs. is going to love!!

Now a store within Neiman Marcus with great selection of bags right here in Newport! Shoe department always had best selection of designer shoes including Chanel of course!! Exquisite sales people.
