They didnt have the basic Bic pens I was looking for. The staff is knowledgeable about where stuff is, but they know very little about the products. Pro: the place was clean.

Was copying important documents last Friday copier wasn’t working so asked staff to help with rest. Forgot a very important course book in copier during the transfer and staff threw it away by that Sunday. Very upset they did not hold onto it for at least week to let me pick it up. So frustrated with the whole situation will not be coming back to print/copy again.

I have NEVER written a review in my life but I had to because this was SO terrible. Six copies that needed binding cost me almost $100.00, let me say that again SIX COPIES COST ME $100. I could not believe it. I give them a One star because the girl that helped me at first was RUDE and did not even look me in the face when speaking to me. The guy that ended up helping me was at least nice, but he did not communicate that there was an express fee to have it printed while waiting, even though they were not busy. Had I known I would have come back another day as I did not need the copies for another week. There was a LABOR fee and color copies cost $0.70 a piece. Each one that needed bound cost me almost $14.00 each! What a rip off. I will never go back there again.

Ross helped me and can not say enough about his knowledge and eager to help us. He was very informative about the product I was interested in and told me about the different brands. Very professional and kind to his customers.

Great store. The copy and print service is amazing. The woman with the purplish, burgundy hair always helps me with with what I need. She gets me my orders at a timely fashion and shes very nice.

I was at this Staples location this morning to purchase some items, including HP print displayed inside the store as purchase one and get a second for $25 off. At checkout, I was told that print cartridges were not part of the promotion despite the display; and the store refused to honor the discount. My experience at Staples was not satisfactory.

Do not do your business here. I talked to someone on the phone by the name Jaime regarding the Staples gaming chair today. I was offered the display one with additional 3yr protection for $99.99. Jason, the store manager then lied and told me that I heard it wrong. I will have to pay extra $9.99 for the protection. How can Staples have such employee working for them. He is such a liar. If you can not honor the offer on the phone, do not make them coming down to buy your products. And I was speaking English to you on the phone. Do not tell me that I heard it wrong.

I called ahead to ask about cost of self-serve color copies and was told they were .20 p/copy. I got there 20 min later and found out they were. .50 p/copy. The young woman who answered the phone and gave me the wrong info told me that she had given me an estimate. I told her a price that is 2.5 times more than she told me is not an estimate. I called the store mgr over and told him what happened and he questioned whether I had really called, which of course was on my phone. He didnt offer to do anything so I told him I wanted an accommodation and he did bring me a coupon but my credit card had already been charged. I will never go back to that store.

Very amazing customer service very helpful crew and very stable and long lasting school supplies unlike other stores where they break and I have to go buy new ones every month. Staples is a very generous store:)
