My fiancee and her family have been purchasing jewelry from Gails for decades. They have absolutely beautiful jewelry in their stores, and the ability to work with you to customize exactly what you want. They make each experience very personal and pay so much attention to detail. When it came time to purchase an engagement ring, there was no doubt where to go. In addition to the engagement ring, we are also purchasing our wedding bands and some bridal party gifts from Gails. The process was totally stress free working with Ruthie at the Newport Beach store. She was very helpful in person, by email, and by phone in answering any questions that we had. Their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and provide an excellent customer service experience. They are especially patient, not pushy, and take the time to educate you on all aspects of their jewelery or diamonds. It makes such a difference to work with a family owned store like Gails. There is no other jewelry store that I would trust or recommend, or that I will purchase from moving forward in comparison to Gail Jewelers.

I wish I could rate the service at Gails even better than Excellent. What an amazing experience I had working with Ruthie, Gail and the whole team, their service even surpasses how amazing their pieces look. As a guy I really had no idea what I was doing when I went in and what is probably a stressful situation for most people could not have been made more simple as they walked me through each step with no pressure and plenty of options and suggestions. In addition to outstanding service their selection of diamonds is second to none; of all the places I looked there is something different about the pieces here, they absolutely POP. My now wife loves her growing collection from Gails. Highly recommended.

I worked with Ruthie over at Gail to get my engagement ring. Not only did the ring look spectacular, but Ruthie was a pleasure to work with. I went to all the big box name brand stores first and felt like I was dealing with a bunch of commission starved used car salesmen who had no interest in what I wanted. Ruthie listened intently to what I was looking for and was incredibly helpful in explaining all the nuances of buying rings and diamonds. She was never pushy, and never tried to steer me towards something. I will be getting all Jewelry here going forward.
