We had heard about this French shop for incredible pate and finally made a visit - Americannery is now a favorite!The owners were a friendly couple from France and expertly knowledgeable in seafood pate! Wonderful experience and we sampled amazing flavors so we had to buy some and now coming back to refill!All in all, a great and unique spot for something truly different yet deliciously European - seafood pate!Try the lobster, salmon, and crab 🍽

Great sea good products. You can also taste good wine and delicious cakes. Everything coming from the best places in France. A must on Balboa Island.

Amazing Balboette fish spread: lobster, tuna, salmon, crab and many more. DELICIOUS !!! And healthy.Adults and kids love it...this is the kind of perfect gift that everyone enjoys.And Florence and Frederic are so nice. We discovered this little gem in the heart of the Balboa Island shopping area. The owners are lovely and their balboettes pate spreads are fresh and delicious. My whole family enjoyed them and they even sell crackers that compliment the pates nicely. We loved the scallop and salmon ones and took them out in our electracraft boat for a sunset cruise along with our charcuterie platter. Be sure to stop by next time you are vsiiting!

The Balboettes are delicious and they sell the best crackers. Officially my go-to snack and gift shop.

When a shop offers Nonnettes, my preferred biscuits from France, it is a must go :)
