The store is always clean and well put together. Customer service was also great even though they were short staff. I do appreciate the positive helpful attitudes of the associates that helped me !

Excellent selection of all different arts and crafts supplies. They even carry materials for costume creation. Found some very off the wall items for my daughters hobby.

I just love Michaels. Its the best craft store all around. My attention was to stop by this store to look around. Before I knew it, I was shopping for the season. I bought some items for my house. I even made a fall arrangement. Not to mention that their was a 50% off sale going on. I will say that the customer service would get a 3 out of 5. I walked this store 3 times, before I was asked if I needed helped. Now the lady at the register was very helpful! Overall its Michaels, and I will be back for something who knows.

Did not see one worker on the floor, only at the registers. Store products per aisle did not match what website stated as what was in each aisle. Store was very clean, employee at register was very nice and helpful.

I went into micheals to get advice on completing my grandads shadow box and Nicole in framing delivered, not only did she take the time too show me exactly what I needed but she also took the time to show me the proper technique to attach my fabric to my foam backing board. Its that kind of customer service that will keep me driving all the from mathews VA to shop at your store.

Went in for info z fold 3 information. Jaìme (Himey) greeted me and helped with all of my questions and concerns. Ill be going back on Friday to pick up a new zfold hopefully. Also the old manager Loyd who used to be at the Hampton location for years is now there as well. I was pleased and relived to see hes still with the company. I definitely recommend you stopping by.

Supply and demand is evident in so many stores these days and Michaels is no exception. I found what I needed but some displays are not full, through no fault of their own.Found some nice soft yarn, not on sale, but not a bad price.Their Safety dividers seem arbitrary here. Theyre not in a position to protect either employees or customers, just block people from setting things on the counter.

They had everything I needed. It took a bit to locate it in the store but great selection.

You can find everything you need for arts and crafts. They always have coupons.

I was looking for a less common item, and the staff there was incredibly helpful. They took the time and energy to run around the store with me, to make sure we checked every place it could have been. And there were many. It was a great experience, and I would definitely go back again.

Their rewards system is broken. I spent several hundred dollars, and not one point or transaction shows up in their system. All receipts have my reward number attached. If you want to have to find and submit receipts, go for it.

Michaels has such a wide variety of things from which to choose. I enjoy shopping there.

When I went, there were few School items available. That was in July.

It is hard to go into a craft store for just one item. My mom and I went in for just acrylic paint for rock art and came out with yarn, paint brushes, spray sealer, art canvases, bubbles, and acrylic paint. The new store location is great! Its larger for more craft supplies and has more room to move around in. Very nice and clean.

The store is your typical franchise, the store was very clean, employees were very helpful and friendly. The only frustrating part is that art supplies are expensive. But thats what you pay for, quality product.

I visited today to buy something in store and the cashier was so sweet and helpful and very friendly. Every time I come here, all the employees are nice and the place is clean.

Shelves were very empty, what I went in for was out of stock, associates werent polite and didnt talk to me. Carts in the way making it unshoppable.

I frequent craft stores for inspiration. This place broadens the artistic outlet in every one. My children since very young love to learn and spend sooo much money. It is definatly worth every penny. They always have sales and friendly staff. Easy to find what your looking for.

They seemed scrambled and behind when I went to pick up my order. I was set up for curbside pickup, but no one answered the phone when I called. After several tries I went in and was ignored due to the staff rushing around filling other orders. After finally being acknowledged I received my order and it was correct. Always a good spot to get your crafting needs, just a little swamped with everything going on.

Found some good sale items but nowhere near what the email or sale paper said. Cant use coupons on no sale items 😕 they said 70 to 90% off Christmas items but I can tell you thats far from the truth unless they marked items up atleast 60% above the normal priceA small Christmas storage container was still 18.00 after the 50% off.. not 70 or 90% off and thats higher price than what I could buy them for before or during Christmas shopping at Ollies, TJ max and other stores. I did get a couple of cute ornaments but still payed 3.50 or higher

It is a little disorganized, but you can find some good art supplies. It will be great if they add some good quality paper and some good quality colora and dry pastels.

Hardly no paint or glitter, cashier was rude and to absorbed in what her coworkers were doing to ask if I found anything. I asked about military discount and she said she would do it this one time, fairly certain ALL Michaels offers it. I wont be back to this location.

This is a very good Michaels. It is fairly well organized and has a lot of good seasonal stuff. They are social distancing and all of the employees wear masks correctly.

I went in to find some Giant Googley eyes to put on my trash can so that it looks down at the trash when its full. Amazing they had them. I love this store.
