INCREDIBLY pleased with the job done by Awnings by Bigley & Hogshire. Taylor Bigley personally drove from Newport News on a SUNDAY to my home in Chesterfield (~2 hours one way) to meet with my contractor in order to make sure that we were all on the same page. This was a fairly large job (for residential) and Taylor and his team did it to perfection! HIGHLY recommend them!! Comments from our friends and family: WOW!!!

We ordered 3 awnings for back deck, when they came to install them they looked horrible. Very badly wrinkled, they said that the wrinkles would eventually fade away. You came out took pictures and then nothing. I went on Amazon and bought 6 extender poles and they now look actually not bad.

Update: They had an electrician come out today and finish the work. Pleased. The salesman was very professional and we were impressed with the product. Installation went very well and the quality of the awning is wonderful. However, I have been waiting nearly 4 months for the electrician they promised me who would hard wire the awning even after repeated calls and promises.

I want to take this time to apologize for my previous review. Come to find out I had a message on my home phone that I rarely check due to numerous telemarketing calls. They gave me my quote an it seems to be competitive. Will post another review after I get the work done .
