I recently visited Joann to buy some ribbon. They had excellent deals going on and also the quality, and selection was great. Customer service was also on point !I also got this sign that I painted and stained that was super cute !

I could spend hours collecting fabrics! This store has cotton on the racks again after months of Covid-related scarcity. Its so good to see the beautiful colors and textures again. Holiday fabrics are in too. Staff was pleasant, minimal wait for cutting and they even had elastic cord.

Was looking for tulle. Didnt have the color I wanted but I did find somethings for a wedding I doing.

They were very friendly and helpful and experienced. I love craft stores.

I Made a purchase online to pick up curbside due to the pandemic. The curbside pick up service went smoothly; however, I checked my bag and the Cricut blade I ordered was opened and the packaging was visibly dirty. It looked as if it had been previously used & possibly returned to the store by another customer and put back out to for resale. I called the store to let them know the details of my order and went back for refund. It doesn’t look sanitary nor safe to be touching, this is not acceptable. Whoever made the decision to sell this blade in this condition should have use better judgement.

Still a good place for crafts, but not so good for cross stitch. Went for supplies, but no cross stich fabric, no stretcher bars. They have a few hoops and thread, but nothing else. :(

This place is beyond amazing. I go to Joanns Fabrics so often for all my sewing needs. They have a large selection of amazing fabrics. They also often have great deals on their seasonal items they sell near the front. This is a great go to place if you are as into crafting as I am.

Let me start off by saying I know the world we are in right now with COVID-19 is difficult and strange. I know people who are still working in essential retail stores are stressed out and tired and overwhelmed, but as a fellow retail worker, I do not appreciate the “service” I received today. I placed a Buy Online, Pick Up In Store order with this location at 2PM Monday. By 3:30PM Tuesday, I still had not gotten an email saying it was ready for pick-up. I placed the same kind of order with Michaels, at the same time, and received an email an hour later saying my order was ready. So today I went to JoAnn’s to pick up my order, thinking it must be ready and the email just went to junk. I stood in line outside for 15 minutes (social distancing, six feet apart, only 10 people allowed in the store at a time, I totally get it). At 4:30, an associate comes outside to tell the 10+ people in line that they will be locking the doors at 4:45, seeing as they close at 5:00, and she does not think we will have time to shop and suggests we come back tomorrow. A woman proceeds to ask if they have baby pink yarn, associate says “I don’t know.” Another woman asks if there is any elastic to make masks and if not, when it will be in stock, associate says, “No, and I don’t know when it will be in stock. It comes from the vendor and it’s backed up.” Another guest asks about a pick up order, and the associate says there is a 4-day waiting period for those and nothing she can do. There were multiple ways that associate could have helped these guests, but instead she chose to pretty much shut them all down and tell them to go home. I got out of line, called to cancel my order, and took my business to Michaels, who is under the same set of social distancing rules and had my order ready for me when I arrived. This location has lost my business.

Their selection was very minimal. Walked in and wished I hadnt wasted the time coming in although I was actually trying to kill time.

This JoAnns has an intelligent lay-out with the cutting counter and the cashier both up-front. Fabrics are on the left and other crafts are on the right when you walk in. The parking lot appears to have recently been re-done and there are tons of guy friendly stores nearby to allow a gal to shop for hours while a guy hangs out with comics or one of many workout places.

I found some really awesome fabric for the project Im working on. The ladies were very nice, and the prices were very reasonable

The remodel a couple years ago brought in more craft-focused items, which has been great, but thankfully it is still a fabric store, too.

Like the products just a little pricey, have found the same for cheaper at walmart

I miss AC Moore, but I like Joannes for all my fabric needs. The workers are helpful and nice.

I love the last minute gifts I can find at JoAnns. Holiday decorating is a dream come true, too!!! The wrapping paper that he as on sale was beautiful and very useful. Everybody wanted to use it.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wasnt able to find what I needed and she willingly and without my asking, walked me over to it. I really appreciated the extra service and will be visiting again.

This is the fabric store I always visit first, and I almost never have to go anywhere else. Selection is unparalleled and the staff are always on point! I go a LOT and always leave feeling cheerful and on top of things.

I was looking for a particular piece of fabric & this store had it. Chana helped me with locating my fabric, then she cut it and checked me out, as well! She was friendly, professional and didnt seem to mind having to climb the ladder to get my fabric! The store was clean, well stocked and pleasant.

I love the fact that I can always find what I am looking for. And if I have a question they are always very HELPFUL.

Really nice place. Definitely has all the yarn you could ever want. Just wish they had music playing. It dead silent in there all the time and kinda throws me off. It is a great place though.

My wife shops here often. They have lots of fine stuff to decorate you home for the seasons. They dont carry materials for mens clothing.

The store is large, no associates offered any help or inquired whether I needed anything or not. It was so quiet, the shelves on the aisles seemed very high so you couldnt see any other parts of the store from where you were. I found the fabric selection to be lacking and oddly arranged/organized. It was almost creepy, it was so quiet, the store felt deserted.

Staff is always courteous and very helpful, and they usually have what I need. I enjoy this store. Sometimes have to wait a little more if they are really busy, but it is worth it because the smaller group of staff is friendlier than some of the other places I have been in.

Super helpful staff! I couldnt find a few things and one lady in particular helped me multiple times and even helped me brainstorm on what I needed for a sewing project!

Really nice, large store. Staff was very friendly. Only issue I had was the some misrepresented sale signs. Some sale signs from the holiday the previous week was not taken down almost a week after which caused a lot of issues during checkout.

They were very helpful but I was quite disappointed that they would not honor my teacher discount Id I used one of their coupons. I prefer going to A.C.Moores as they will stack those, truly making me feel valued as a customer and a teacher in their city!

Deals can be found, really strict on coupon redemption..everything it seems is not applicable...like selection of fabric would prefer more ethic prints in store Ankara and such

Helpful staff got just what I needed and more ideas for other projects

I go to joann fabrics on occasion. This trip i was followed by a cute lady in a red suv. My purchase this time was simple. I needed a wide fabric to cover tables at an event i go to. The staff is friendly and when i asked questions, they had the answers. The material they pointed out resembles the royal blue tablecloths we have and they will blend nicely. The fabric was on sale for 3.49 a yard and i got 12 yards. They cut it to my specifications. I also got 15 percent off for military discount which was a nice bonus. I will be back to purchse more material for new tablecloths soon. Thanks a lot.

Love buying some of my supplies from this store especially fabric but some of the staff members are very very rude and unprofessional which cuts my shopping down at this location a lot.I try not to go anymore unless its a last resort because I dont know who is going to be working and some employees act like your intruding at their homes. They seem to forget they are at work a place of buissness and if it wasnt for us customers spending money they would not be able to recieve a Joanne check. They should keep in mind dont bite the hands that feeds you and if they dont need the money from Joanns leave keep your grouchy a** at home so pleasant people who need the job can work there
