No overnight parking DO NOT SHOW UP EARLIER THAN 2 HOURS it will be pointless. They will tell you you can show up earlier which you can but you will sit and wait to get loaded but they are nice. half the doors you have to blind side back but there is room if not a lot of trucks

People are greatWait time is averageIf youre a sleeper cab THINK TWICE! Its possible but not the easiest to get in to. I had dock #11. Drive toward building and up & down around bank. After a couple of maneuvers I was finally in a position to offset it.By appt only no more than 1hr prior to appt time.

Could you please stock all Pepsi products at Walmart. Especially Walmart tidewater dr. Norfolk,, va.

The broker said it was fcfs from 8-10 PM. I arrived at 8 and they loaded me next day at 1:15 AM. Based on how they loaded, it wasnt possible to make it to delivery on time. They dont let you park in the property. Avoid this place.

Took me 2 hours early . No amenities. Tight docks . At least I didnt get #12 . Kinda slow to unload . Put me in lot waiting to get a door. Security guard is cool . He signs paperwork. Red light green light .

Terrible stuck there for four hours. I was only picking up plastic soda holders. Lazy people working. It would take a lot more $ to go there again.

8 hr to get loaded, if you can stay away

In and out pretty quickly....have scale on site....friendly staff.... Just double check securement and wrapping dont be afraid to grab a pallet n secure against load....

No overnight truck parking Anymore because they added to the building and dont have room. No more than a hour early for your appointment or theyll turn you around. I arrived 50mins early. Straight to a door and they started unloading me immediately. People were polite, Professional and friendly.

Appointment time was 12:00 they got me in a hour early took about 45 minutes to get unloaded not bad on a scale from 1 to 108.75

Unorganized plant. They will cancel/bump your appointment to accommodate their needs without communicating such to appropriate parties. Best advice is not do business with this plant.

Lady at guard shack extremely helpful & polite. Drop & hook we were out of there in 10-15 minutes. Love places like this.

Very nice facility with friendly employees! Appt was set for 7pm I arrived at 2pm and was loaded and out by 4pm. Wish more shippers were like this place! I’ll be back for sure!!!

They will stop the unload or load of an otr truck Everytime one of their local drivers show up. When i showed up no one was here now all their local drivers showed up at once and Ive been already here past three hours. Dont let the stars and reviews written by their own drivers fool you theyre as bad as any big wearhouse.

Staff was friendly and they loaded my pretty fast. Only problem I had was the door I was assigned...blindside backing into door 12! Luckily Ive done that a few times in spaces tighter than that in New York and Chicago

Willie is a wonderful and respectful person, he gets his job done in a timely matter. He is totally AWESOME. I wish the rest of the drivers were GREAT like him ..

Thats the reason I prefer COCA COLA they start to load me and then stopped without reason, nobody give an answer to me, just sit in you truck and wait for the green light, they have scales on site and dont have overnight Parking, 4 +hours of wasted time!! Bad Bad Bad!!

Pepsi is worst with shrink wrap around pallets. Every single time we did load for Pepsi,there was at least one pallet that moved towards front of the truck because they put only one layer of shrink wrap.. and then we have to loose whole day to go to some other warehouse where they would re-stock

Horrible in at 1800 for 1900 app. Was done at 0300.

As a delivery driver, I have to say this plant was extremely professional and polite from the guard shack all the way to the guys working the dock.

The gentleman running the shipping and receiving department was very rude and unprofessional.

Had a great time going through the interview process. It was physically challenging but great exercise lol

I just watched truck # F31859 blow through a school zone at 7:30, in York County, Va.. The lights were on and its a 35 zone. He never even slowed down.

Dont be in a hurry and be good at parking your semi. Kind people. FCFS makes it a wait at times

I came to this place and they tell me that they cannot load me because the trailer is dirty, they are racist and lazy because my trailer was very clean, which they did not want to work, because of them I was stopped for 2 days
