Each and everyone I spoke with was professional and courteous. They have an extremely knowledgeable staff and there parts availability is incomparable. They were the only marine dealer to have the parts I needed.

Where to begin, so this was where I had went to get my first boat, being someone who has spent a lot of their life on a boat I was no stranger as to what I was looking at and looking for in and on a boat. When I arrived on the lot I was greeted with the utmost respect not badgered and hawked down like you would at another dealer. This is a family owned and operated with pride dealership. I was there for a particular boat a 2003 19’ Carolina skiff that I had my eye on for some time. Within minutes of being there they had this boat pulled over and hooked up to water and running like a champ. Every question I had was answered with great detail by both Don and Brandy (sorry if that’s mispelled) the owners of sports marine. These people made you feel like family, every request I had was fulfilled wholeheartedly with a smile. These weren’t normal sales reps trying to hustle you for your money they wanted you to be comfortable to be there to do business with them. So I did the paperwork to get my loan for this boat, in the mean time while I was working through the financial end of the spectrum Brandy had started the paperwork to make it an easy transaction and Don, the honest man that he was, could not and would not sell me this boat until he cleaned all of the fuel that was in the tank and the engine completely out and cleaned the carburetor just so I could have peace of mind when I hit the water, not to mention they made the whole boat shine like a diamond. He also took the time on my pickup day to go over every square inch and feature of my boat.Any other dealer would send you out and charge to clean it when you bring it back and give you some song and dance about how it was your fault that it got messed up. Not these people, when I finally signed the dotted line to buy the boat they gave me a heartwarming handshake and said “ Welcome to the sports marine family!” I fully recommend you go there and gain the same experience that I did on buying a boat whether it be your first or your tenth boat you cant go wrong with Sports Marine! Brought my overheating engine in for diagnosis; they took it apart and asked for 5K to out it back together with no guarantee it would work. I declined, and the engine was given back to me in a box without any protectant on the exposed parts. Now, its worthless.Its a shame local businesses forget that customer service leads to loyalty, and will do more for their bottom line in the long run than attempts to make a quick buck with shoddy work. Recommend finding someplace else that you can trust!

I cannot express how amazing this dealership truly is. Back in December I bought a used 2000 Keywest 2020 Walk Around with a 2000 Honda 130hp with only 147 hours. I got an amazing deal and they made sure that EVERYTHING in the boat was working when I picked it up. I have had lots of hours on the boat since then with zero problems and a lot of great fun. Ive taken it anywhere from the James river in Richmond to the Chesapeake Bay bridge tunnel. They are an amazing dealership and I would 100% recommend ANYONE buy their next or first boat from them whether its used or new. They have the best prices and I PROMISE you will not find better customer service in the Hampton Roads area. Wish I could give them more stars....

Sports Marine just repowered my Proline boat with a Suzuki DF200A. They finished the job faster than they promised and worked with me on pick up and return of the boat to the water. Thus far they have been a pleasure to work with.

If I could leave a 0 starts I would. Lady at this place quoted me $384 for a $80 part then when I told her I could find it cheaper she hung the phone up on me. I would personally never again call this place for anything again!!

Absolute worst customer service seen to date! Looking to buy a boat...instead left scratching my head wondering how this place does any business around here! Sad...
