Just left this place and there was no customer service at all. My sister and I approached the Pagoda, no one greeted us or even asked could they help with anything. Granted, it was 5:35, so I know you’re ready to go because it’s almost closing, but still, it’s not 6 yet so we could’ve AT LEAST gotten a “Hello, how are you?”. The young lady that rang my sister up was rude also. Definitely will be going to a different Pagoda next time. This is the first one I’ve been to where there was absolute no customer service.

I wish I remembered her name but she was wonderful with easing my 5yo the best she could lol. Thank you so much.

5 Star I would most definitely come back again to get another piercing done.

Glow helped my 17 year old with her ear piercing decision and was super polite. She wasnt pushy or rude. She kept my daughter calm the entire time, pierced her with care and made sure she was satisfied.I highly recommend Glow and piercing pagoda to anyone local!

Went to the Piercing Pagoda towards the middle of the mall and the lady was so sweet and helpful. She pierced my daughter second earring hole after Claire’s messed up. The one across from Forever 21 got some rude chicks there so I’m happy I walked off to this. Thanks again.

They have it posted that they open at 11 and we had to wait an hour . But the lady who did the piercing was excellent

All 5 stars are for Toya who was extremely professinal helpful and friendly she doesnt attempt to help two and three people at a time and gives you her undivided attention. Whenever I go back I will definitely request her.She made the transaction quick and easy.Thanks Toya!

Highly disappointed. Childs ring was bent. Price tag taken off of mens ring at purchase and not included in box or bag. Was charged warranty without being asked. BOGO is total bogus.
