Not enough pet working in there it shouldnt take 20 mins in. Line one worker keep walking over saying shes cold hello its a line how about getty on the register it was a very frustrating experience .

No real impressed today, I got a text and email saying all ladies sandals buy one get one free, not exactly!! Slim pickings friends 🙃 I spend alot of money on shoes for the family in here and I still had not a single coupon. After 130.00 purchase today. GUESS WHAT I STILL HAVE NO COUPONS!! I TRIED TO LOG IN MY ACCOUNT IT SAID PASSWORD DIDNT MATCH EMAIL. SO I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MICHAEL MY CHAT BUDDY ASSURED ME IT WILL COME WERE SLOW BUT STEADY! LOL HIS EXACT WORDS 😅 ITS BEEN OVER 30 MINS AND I STILL HAVENT GOT NOTHING! JYST NEED A LINK SUPPOSEDLY SO I CAN RESET MY PASSWORD. I would give this store 5 stars if the prices where morereasonable. They have a great selection to choose from. I never have a problem for my self or my boys finding what I am looking for. The buy one get one half off sale is the best time to go. The ladys are always nice and let my kids spin the wheel for an extra few dollars off normally. Overall a good store.

When they run the buy one get one half off you can get good deals. Sadly the selection leaves a lot to be desired. The prices are very high and the selection for people that need wide shoes is almost non existent. Also as my son was a teenager growing up it was impossible to get shoes for him because he needed 13 to 14 wide. If they lowered prices some and carried a hard to get selection then it would be 5 star. They also carry purses, socks, shoe laces and cleaner. You can even grab a snack a soda on the go.

Affordable shoes and wonderful staff

I came to the store and was unable to get any employee to help us. 3 times they took our shoe and never came back. One employee said it was at the Front of the store. They were not. No one assisted us at all andr acted like they cared for our business. I am very disappointed. I walked out without buying a thing.
