This company sent a “technician” out to my home unsolicited claiming to be with ADT to upgrade my equipment. Do not get service from this company.

From day one 3 years ago Ive had nothing but problems with this company. Ive been leaving messages since Thursday and no one has returned my calls. This is the worse alarm company to do business with. Yes Im pissed right now. What is the point of having a office with a phone and voice mail if you dont return call. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ive left 6 messages and called over 20 times. The monitoring company cant get in contact with them either. If I could give 0 stars I would

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE MILITARY!!!We are active duty and just received orders to PCS. Our next duty station will be short and it would not be profitable for us to purchase a new home. So we called TRIO ALARMS in effort to close our account and terminate our contract (as we did with all of our other services, cable, internet, etc.). First of all, it took me nearly 2 weeks to even get a hold of anyone, apparently their phone system was down, but this was not the first time we have had issues contacting them. Finally, we received a call and I told them our situation and was told unless I was PCSing over seas, they would not terminate the contract. I explained that we would not be able to transfer the service because of our new living situation and that I had just got back from deployment and did not want to leave the area but I didnt have a choice. He was completely unsympathetic with our situation. He tried to tell me that he understood what we were going through but could not help me because he has a business to run and they have to make a profit. Unfortunately, I just began researching the company and have found they have SEVERAL complaints on BBB and even had civil complaints filed against them with the attorney generals of VA and WV. I hope this review will stop someone from making the same mistake I did. Do not use this company, especially if you are ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY.
