In this new era ( pandemic) Suttle treated me like family. Even when my card wouldnt approve such a large charge for my down payment, they were willing to allow me to bring it back later which I did in the form of a check. Who writes checks anymore, lol. Thank you Suttle Motors. Forever grateful. Sonny my sales tech rocks. He was so kind and polite. And my 1 yr old didnt shy away from him either. I knew then he was gonna get me in a car that day.

We received a complete auto detail on our 2012 Buick Regal. Needless to say Suttle Buick, Cadillac & GMC Auto Detailing Service Team did and excellent job. Our vehicle looked brand new. Water stains on windows gone, stains on leather seats gone, interior odd smell gone etc. Prices are reasonable for quality service performed. No upselling on unnecessary services. Win, win for customers. We will be repeat customers.

After a bumpy start going through a third party vehicle reference site and missed communications, Suttle aggressively pursued in connecting me with Jim Blankenship of IT for Suttle Motors, who turned me on to Bill Lawherd, General Manager. I eventually was linked to Jim Gamble in sales and the vehicle I was interested in was closed by Lita Louaillier, Finance Manager. I’m 65 years old and have bought a few cars over my lifetime and as a lot of folks, not been somewhat impressed by a dealership. But I have got to give credit where credit is due. I have never experienced a dealership that was so customer orientated that was staffed with the professionals I have previously mentioned. Though I did not get my Suttle ball cap as part of my end of the negotiations (LOL), they made up for it in ensuring I had bought an operable used car. There extensive inspection by their competent mechanics also alerted me to future problems (if any) which gave me great comfort and full disclosure in what I was buying. Though in life I have more miles in my rear view mirror than across the dashboard and don’t expect to buy another car in the future, I would highly recommend that you give this dealership and the folks afore mentioned a shot at providing you a vehicle with the great satisfaction I had received. Maybe I will see that ball cap on the passenger’s seat when they deliver it…. TJB
The work on the car was great & they gave me a discount & cleaned the inside & washed it. Now I dont feel so bad about the 2,grand I spent.

The experience with the service department was exceptional. In fact, this was my best experience with a dealership. I even purchased my vehicle here and will not shop anywhere else when I want a Cadillac.My vehicle was outfitted with all of the protection necessary so it didnt get damaged while being worked on (eg. Steering wheel cover, seat covers, floor covers, etc.). This is not usual, in my experience, and was very much appreciated.Johnny and Ronda are exceptional!
I called about a whine in the back of my 2016 Cadillac. Rhonda McClean, Team Lead for the Gold Team set up a convenient appointment for me, insuring a loaner car to my liking would be ready. Jokingly, I asked for a specific model loaner, just as a thought that it might be my next model car. I never expected it to happen, but sure enough when I went to pick it up, it was the exact model I had mentioned. I had not mentioned color or features, but they were exactly what I would have chosen. A few days later I visited the new car sales department to talk about upgrading to a new Cadillac. Melvin Dawson in the Sales Department was helping me decide and told me he had seen my car on the lift, meaning the parts arrived early. I stopped by the Service Department, and Rhonda informed me my car would be ready in a couple hours, much sooner than I had expected it. I came back and it was sitting there ready to go, looking like it did the day I purchased it.I know I am just one of many of the Gold Teams customers, butthey sure made me feel like I was their only one. I know Suttles Gold Team was giving all theve got for me and I surely appreciated it. They definitely have this customer for life.

Good, friendly service. Was my first visit after purchasing a used vehicle from them. Was using a free service coupon.Parts were expensive. TPMS went out, was charged $170 to swap it, just the 1. No mention that it was probably the battery and if so, potentially, the others are about to start going too.
