My experience has been one in a million. Every associate that I had to encounter in my process of purchasing my Tahoe and the auto service were a delight. Very knowledgeable and willing to please my wants and needs as a paying customer. Please keep up the good work and know that I will return.
My husband experienced the worst customer service experience today during a scheduled maintenance visit. He arrived for an appointment at 8:15a planning to wait for an oil change and state inspection. After waiting for 4 hours, a member of the staff noticed he was still waiting on the vehicle and went to check on the truck. The member came back just to advise my husband that the clerk who checked him in marked him as a drop off and not a waiter. This means they pushed our car to the back of the list of services for the morning. Once they realized the car was ready in 30 minutes. So he sat there for 4 hours all because of this issue, for a job that only took 30 minutes to do. Not to mention that if the other clerk would have never noticed him, he would’ve continued to wait. This is unacceptable. At no point in time should a clerk assume someone is dropping the vehicle off. This should be something that is asked to be certain the customer is being provided with the best customer service experience. He was excited to purchase this brand new truck last year and every since the company has been lacking in customer service. I feel as though once they have your money for the new vehicle, they no longer care about you!
I was scheduled for 11:30am because I had to get my vehicle back for work purposes. I wasnt informed that the crew goes to lunch at that time so I sat there for 2 hours in wait as they enjoyed their much needed break. I appreciate that but please let me know to either leave my vehicle or schedule for an earlier time on a convenient day. I was very upset because it only took 20 minutes to give me my vehicle back but I lost over $100 in that time waiting. Either dont schedule in that time or inform customers that there will be a wait or insist on them dropping off their vehicle because of the lunch delay.
I can only give them 4 stars because I bought a new vehicle from them 2 weeks ago, it has a scratch on the back that they didnt in transport of the vehicle. They had me make an appt to get it fixed and then alled me the day of and said Noone would be there at that time to do it., also Ive noticed other little scratches that Im assuming could have been buffed out, but they did not detail and wash it when purchased, and there is still tape glue on the windows from the purchase sticker that should have been removed had they detailed it....disappointing

Being in the military for 26 years, attention to detail is vital/important.1) When I picked up my vehicle, the vehicle was on Empty didn’t notice the situation till I got down the road. ***Notified the salesperson he will take care of it when I Bring it back.***2) I was giving to 2 different prices on my extended warranty…1 price was shown when he explained the warranty then another price was giving when they called to inform me I have to pay an extra $500 due to not realizing the military discount was giving to me already. He apologized before he asked for my card to pay for the discrepancy.3) the vehicle I purchased come with TVs no one stated I would need to purchase HDMI adapters or any other accessories to use those TVs, I was just told they were Bluetooth compatible. ***the Bluetooth app associated with the TVs isn’t compatible with Apple phones.***5) I do truly appreciate their patience with holding my vehicle while i deal with death in the family so salute to them on that act of kindness.!
GET NEW SERVICE RECEPTIONIST !!!!!! Horrible experience. Bought car from dealership (that side is extremely helpful and courteous- dealership ). BUT service needs improvement. The team is nonchalant to clients, when you pull in you barely get acknowledged that you have done so. Waiting for service you are ignored, you have to push through to speak with the workers as they ignore you (in my experience going to service for the past two years) . They are very nonchalant if your just coming in for a oil change. Would not recommend people buying cars from Casey Chevrolet if they are looking for good service after. The guarantee for life is not guaranteed because your service provider will be horrible. The workers doing maintenance do well but it is the reception workers who need adjustments. I have called Casey to create appointments that miraculously vanished the day of the appointment. A lot of wasted time and frustration with the service side. The welcome ness is definitely nor a feeling I received over the past two years of being serviced.
I had made an appointment for 2:15 pm to have new running boards attached to my traverse. At approximately 3:15 I was told that they wouldn’t have time to install them. That I would have to reschedule. I asked to see the running boards that I had ordered so was walked into the service area and noticed that my Traverse was just being pulled into the garage. The young man that I spoke with said I would need to drop off my vehicle and leave it for a whole day for the installation. I told him that I had just started working again and then I would not be able to do that. He told me that they had rental cars that I could use. I finally got upset enough and asked for the manager of the service area the young man walked me up to where the office was for the service manager but he was not in his office at that time. So I told them I would wait in the lobby until I could speak with him. Five minutes later the young man came in and told me that they would be installing my running boards.So then I had gmrewards that I wanted to use but no one knew how to use them. The manager of the service area was asked if he knew. His reply was no he didn’t because he had not been trained for that yet. I thought he was rude as he didn’t even make an effort to help at all.Finally the woman that helps when you come into service area and the one that collects your payment ran around to see how to use the rewards. This saved me $180.00. Thank you to her.I must say I was very disappointed in the service from Casey as this was the first time I had my Traverse serviced there. Not sure if I will go there again.
Nathon was great! He kept me updated on the vehicles location during transit from the factory, he even signed me up for txt updates on the vehicles location. Was very quick on getting back to me on the price. He also picked me up from the airport which saved my from having to get an Uber. If I ever decide to trade my Tahoe in on a new one, I plan on coming back to Casey Chevrolet for my next one. You guys (mainly Nathon) were absolutely amazing. Love my new car!

I took my vehicle to the service department for an oil change and inspection. I never received a notification that my car was ready, and they had it for two days. I called and was informed at that time it was ready. When I went to pick up my car, it had a check engine light. This is a car that one just passed inspection and two did not have a check engine light before dropping it off. The service department was informed immediately of this and was told it would cost another $100 to see why the check engine light was on. I hadnt even left the parking lot with the car they just inspected.
I was looking for a used vehicle for my uncle & found one online & Casey Chevrolet & we went there to check it out. We were greeted by Chaz Robinson (a sales person) & he brought the vehicle around that we were looking at. He was very nice, professional, not pushy (like some sales people) & he & his manager did everything they could to help get the right vehicle. My uncle ended up getting the vehicle & the sale went very smoothly. He got a vehicle it a great price with a great warranty at a payment he can afford. It was a great experience for all of us that went there.

About two weeks ago, electrical components in my car, opening windows, starting ignition, were very, very slow. I didnt know what was going on and since it was the weekend, the only place I could go to was one of the auto parts stores. When I asked the person to do a check, he told me that both my battery and alternator were registering zero. I was quite surprised since I do not leave lights, motor idling, etc. and I had replace the factory installed battery, about four years ago. The alternator, I have never had to replace one in any vehicle. So, I came to your dealership to see about a diagnostic on my system. Everything was fine! I have trusted you for all these years, that will continue!
The experience here was beyond horrible. Visited this location with my sister for an yearly inspection. Upon coming into the garage, it was plenty of workers, not a single one of them greeted nor told us where we needed to go. We didnt know whether we had to stay in the car or get out. The workers that was in the area seemed irritated as if they didnt want to be at the location. The lady that helped my sister was beyond rude and nasty, Not only was she getting smart and rude to my sister but to make matters worst she was going to the other workers saying little remarks so much so even other workers started to look and play a part in as well. Im sorry but the customer service here is beyond unacceptable. Looking at the reviews I see this isnt the 1st time someone dealt with horrible customer service here. I usually tell people Casey is a good place to go to, but from now on I will make sure to tell them otherwise.

1. No one called to inform me that my truck was finished.2. $230 to replace a fuel filter, insane. That wont happen again.3. Driver door on my truck makes a banging noise when I hit really rough bumps, it need adjustment. $60k truck by the way. But as usual, no problem found or heard.It seems as if evertime I go to Casey I get worse and worse service, unfortunately I had to purchase my vehicle there. I think Im a pretty chill person, it takes a bit to upset me, your dealer is great at that.

I took my car into the service department for a repair on my driver side window. The window motor broke and the window was stuck in the down position. They agreed to fix my car and give me a quote. The gentleman helping me was very nice as I was dropping off my car.After I paid and picked up my car, I noticed my window was fine but the speaker in the car door was no longer working. This was a big problem for me as I have a third-party hands-free device hooked up to that speaker so I can talk on the phone in my car. I took my car back and requested that they fix the speaker that they clearly damaged from working in my car door. That same nice gentleman was now very rude to me and claimed that it randomly shorted after I drove it home.They refused to repair the damage they caused and expected me to pay for them to replace my speaker. I told them I will not be paying them to fix something they broke and I will be taking it to another repair shop.

The staff was friendly and didnt pressure us. With the way the market is right now Casey Chevrolet was one of the few not making Market Adjustments to the prices. Another dealership told us GM was doing this adjustment.

Brought my truck in for oil change. Was told by service rep that I was past do for an alignment. My truck alignment was fine, no issues. Against my better judgment I agreed to get the alignment done. When my truck was returned to me I had to remove the plastic seat cover and the paper floor mat myself because no one else had. And there were grease and prints all over my vehicle as well as grease on my door handles. And when I drove away I realized that my steering wheel was no longer aligned and my truck had a slight pull to the left. So I brought it back right away. I was told it would be fixed. So they took my truck back a second time. When I got it back and left the alignment was still off. The alignment I didnt need that I was charged over $100.00 for was actually an un-alignment. I live all the way in virginia beach. Now I have to make another trip back out there to get a 3rd alignment
The total cost was twice the estimate provided with no additional work not included in the estimate. Work accomplished so far is satisfactory as should be. This total cost seems excessive.

My oil change and tire rotation was done quickly. Each staff member I had contact with was friendly and professional.
We bought our car from this dealership earlier this year (5-6 months ago) and it was suppose to have been gone through and checked. We brought it on for the state inspection and were told the back brakes failed and we needed to replace those and it was recommended the rotors be also changed. In that conversation, the cost that was stated vs. What we were told we had to pay when we picked it up differed by around $200. Also, we paid for an oil change but no sticker was put on the car for reference. It was a frustrating experience because the pads should have been done prior to them selling us the vehicle and then to pay that much in such a short amount of time. If the brakes failed inspection, they had to be bad 5 months ago or at least close to needing replacement...we will be taking the car somewhere else from now on.

Salesman (Robert Jones) did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond finding a variety of trucks, staying in touch, and helping make a deal for the right truck. Was always courteous and respectful. He also stayed late the day of my sale to make sure that I was completely satisfied & to help move stuff out of my old truck into the new one. He also personally walked me back to the office to ensure that my registration paperwork was done correctly. Sales manager (Rick) also was extremely helpful and offered a rental car so I could get my truck cleaned & prepared and still have transportation for work. Overall, the sales team was top notch, as was the rest of the staff.Definitely would recommend this dealership and sales team.

This was my first and last time at this dealership. I normally deal with Casey Kia dealership because it is where we bought our car, but because they were booked we was sent to Casey cheverlot and I will never go back. Every problem I let my person know about he brushed off only at a glance and didn’t even take it to the back for a diagnostic. I felt rushed, pushed aside and not at all important like my used car that is only 6.5 months old in my care from your Casey dealership was not important. I have had nothing but trouble from this car since I bought it including the motor linkage system failing as soon as I took my car home that day 🙄.The man that check my oil said it was a normal quart low. He lied I know where the oil was supposed to be and it was barely touching the medal indicating it was empty but because he did not want to follow through with the oil consumption issue he told me it was fine and just needed an oil change. All in all this was the worst Casey and no one should ever go here.
Well the service department had my car a 2014 Chevy cruiz for almost two months called me and told me my car was finally ready so I go pick it up. They told me they put a new engine in it and everything. After 5 minutes of driving my car the same. Check engine light comes on but they said they put a new engine in it so why the heck is my check engine light coming on if there is a new engine in my car that they said they put in it… so what is really the deal. I don’t recommend any Casey dealer at all

I bought a 2019 Buick Encore Essence it was a very long process and I did not think I would be able to finance the car but Willy Goidman got me approved. I took my car home that day. He transfer my license plates to my new car. I traded my Jeep on it. Than I received in the mail where he went ahead and renewed my license plates for me. I was so surprised when I got in the mail the new stickers. Thank you Willy. I would recommend buying a car from Willy. He is not pushy.

Had to return 5 times to get the issue repairs with maintenance on my safety restraint system fixed. Once I was told my truck was repaired and the light was in when they drive the truck around and then the same light came on on my way home. I left a message for the service manager and was told he would call me and never did. I was told my truck would be read last Friday but did not receive an update until the Monday when I was told my truck was repaired but when I arrived it was not. I asked for an estimate and was told it would be done while my truck was getting repaired but no estimate as I was going g to upgrade because I do not feel safe in this current vehicle. No appraisal or phone call. I will be going to Priority or First Team to trade up due my experience with CASEY CHEVY NEWPORT NEWS.

I set up an appointment for a state inspection and oil change at 2:15pm on 7/22/2021. At 3:35pm, they had not even touched my vehicle. Then I received an email and invoice stating that the service had been done. Both oil change and state inspection. Why would you blatantly lie about a service you never completed?

I’m giving a four start because I sat inside for 5-10 minutes and no one approached me. I made eye contact with a salesman and he just turned around and it was extremely awkward.I decided to show myself cars and went outside and the little mechanic man ended up helping me with my questions. 10/10 recommend the mechanic.I went back inside and there was a manager standing there and I ended up approaching him about the trailblazers. Him and another salesman helped me and found me another dealership in Norfolk that had the cars I wanted in stock.I was very happy with my service after I approached the manager and mechanic.
I had a appointment at 10:30 got there at 10:12 for oil change tire rotation and inspection didnt get my call til almost 3:00 that it was ready for pickup i told them my front tire had only 29 lbs in to please check it But on was the my way home i checked tire pressure and they had put front tire to the rear and it was still 29 ibs and all the tires had different lbs 34 29 33 32 so this was not a great experience

Zach is genuinely a good man and we felt assured we were doing business with the right person. He was patient and took us through all the car buying steps in detail in spite of my anxiety. First time in 15 yrs of going to Casey to have my car checked for a problem with the engin. Told I might be seen on Monday the 12 th. Never had that problem before. I drop of my car and its ready when I get off work. Very disappointing not being able to get service like I have for 15 yrs..

Originally was pretty happy about purchasing a car here but after a little over a year the engine started having a misfire on cylinder number 6. Since it was still under warranty I schedule a appointment where I sat for a couple of hours and then I was told that they didn’t have time to further diagnose my car and needed more time. They didn’t have a and loaner cars like the warranty said. Also didn’t have anyone to take me home so I drove the car home because I needed to get home to get to work the next morning. I schedule another time a week later so I could get off work that day to bring the car in to get a further diagnosis. They at least gave me a ride home that day and kept the car. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I’m paying for a rental out of pocket which is like 400 a week so spent nearly a grand waiting. I’ve called several times and spoke to loan who says they are short staff and that why it’s moving so slow and I have a dodge car at a Chevy dealership. I told her why would you sell a Dodge Charger and offer warranty there if they have trouble figuring it out. She said she would keep me posted but I have to still keep calling to get new updates. It’s pretty bad that I’m waisting my own money on a rental because this place is short staffed. She did say they would give me one of there cars to use when one came in but there isn’t any in at the moment. My family bought cars here the past couple decade but after this experience I think it’s time for us to go somewhere future wise.

I got fast friendly service and my Bolt was ready at the right time.
Not great but the GM and several key employees are making an effort to turn things around.
