I & my daughter visit the store a few years ago things have changed for the better!!!Ms Denise was very helpful, smiling, welcoming making us aware of special sales days etcI was very pleased we will be back👍🙂

I have heard so many great things about this boutique. Everything was true. The Associates provided detailed information on theconsignment policies. Their honesty with the condition of clothing being consigned was helpful in the emotional release of my items. The boutique is clean, not cluttered and well-lit. The music was an added pleasure, as I shopped and found great buys. My consignment proceeds have already been reinvested. Its worth me traveling 40 miles one way. Im sure youll be pleased, too.

I love how they offer discounts for teachers on Wednesdays! I bought a super cute dress here for less than $1! They have a lot of clothing options! Very clean and friendly environment!

MY ALL TIME FAVORITE CLOTHING STORE EVER! I love the employees. I love the variety. I LOVE the prices! Thank you act II for making clothes shopping FUN again. They will help zip your dress, and honey if you get thirsty theyll get you a cup of water. They have unbelievable sales that when they pull the clothe racks out to the sidewalk its a sign that you HAVE TO STOP BY. My personal score was a brand new Vera Wang Wedding dress that had the original tags priced at $1,300 and Act II had it for $200 with preservation kit. I STRONGLY encourage everyone looking for prom dresses to stop by here regularly because they have amazing dresses and shoes too. You can change up your whole wardrobe here and not spend more than $200 to restock your closet. TRULY a FIVE STAR BUSINESS.

This is my favorite Consignment store ever! I have been shopping here for a couple years now and it never disappoints when I stop in. I recently starting consigning and Nicole in the back was the best! I was able to use the money I made so far on my account towards my purchase today which was an even better surprise. Got my new winter coat and a pair of knee boots just in time for winter!!

First time shopping here and I cant wait to return. I pass the store often on my way to work and have always wanted to stop. The store was HUGE - much larger than it looks when passing by. I loved the vast selection of clothing items and the prices were great. The store was organized and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and then some! The ladies working were so helpful. This is my new go to retail therapy!

Act II is one of my favorite places to shop. Hands down it is one of the best consignment shops in Hampton Roads. You can find great handbags, designer clothing, and beautiful jewelry and for a reasonable price. The layout of the store is clean and clear of clutter. The displays are fresh, pretty and designed to make you want to stay awhile. I love this store!!

A very warm and welcoming place. All the merchandize is sorted by colors and sizes, and you can take an unlimited amount of clothes to try in the changing room. Relaxed atmosphere, good choice, affordable prices. Ill definitely be a frequent shopper.

Staff not the most helpful but definitely not the worst. Has a wide variety of clothes to suit many tastes. More suited for older than younger people. I got a green dress i lived there a free years ago though so does items for all ages.

Very nice store, it is very large with tons of inventory. Well organized, all in excellent condition.

My mother and I have been here a handful of times and each experience was just as bad as the first. The women are very rude. We walked in and no one greeted us or asked if we may have needed any help, but asked all the other customers if they needed assistance and greeted them. In my opinion it seems as if they only cater to a certain people, and if you do not look the part they judge you accordingly and will proceed to act rudely. Not to mention the items are overpriced, and some of the items you can tell have been used

Ive been coming here since I was in high school - so what... almost 15 years ago?! I purchase here (lots of Lilly Pulitzer), but also take my higher end clothes here to consign. Ive even won a gift certificate from them on FB so make sure you follow them for their deals and contests.

My friend Vanessa use to love flamingos, in my search of looking for a shirt with flamingos to sheer her up I stop by act 2 and ask the girls if the have anything like it . After few minutes looking one of the owners came and show me the most Beautiful sweeter with all kind of sweet designs and YES ...FLAINGOS when I went to pay for it They say is is our Gift to your friend . Name brand clothes at an amazing price

I had the absolute worst experience in this crappy, overpriced, stinky shop tonight. The women that work there are awful, treat customers like youre in their way, and literally locked the door on us after they announced every 2 minutes that they were closing to the only 5 people in the store for 20 minutes, including over their loudspeaker. They gave my friends 5 year old son a candy cane and then announced every minute loudly to keep those kids away from the clothes. I will absolutely never shop here ever again.
