I’m eating a chocolate chip cookie rn and I’m highly disappointed. This is not the warm cookie in the mall you all remember from the 90s and early 2000s lmao this is basically a Walmart bakery cookie. Bought a half dozen-not one cookie was warm. They honestly didn’t taste freshly made today or at least within the last 5+ hours -_- the taste wasn’t even good tbh. You can get the ones in the fridge at the grocery and bake your own at home. I paid almost $10 for a half dozen that are going in the trash after two bites. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR REVAMP, simple.

Ordered a cookie cake on a Monday to be ready the following Sunday. I picked a time and arrived on Sunday only to find that location didn’t open until an hour after my pick up time. When the store did open they had not completed my cookie. The whole experience was a disaster. Never buying from them again!!

The cakes slices are AMAZING!!! I love the daily different flavors. They display excellent customer service 👌🏾I will continue to support and get my slices 2 to 3 times a week 🤗

Good heavens, has Covid also erased any customer service skills? One job, hand out cookies. Thats all. The girl was RUDE and I stood there and watched her continue the rudeness with the other people in line. I get out my receipt to make this comment and of course there is no name on it. Ill never come back here. One job, pass out cookies. Takes little to no effort and yet this seems to be too much to handle for some.

In the past these cookies have been great at the kiosk in Patrick Henry mall, but today the cookies tasted old. The girl was not friendly at all, acting as if I bothered her. What happened to the people that use to run it? The cookies were always fresh and the woman was very friendly.

The woman who runs this store is incredible! She makes custom cakes for my family on Valentine’s Day, birthdays, Christmas, during football season and sometimes just when a craving strikes. She’s so accommodating and usually can get a delicious creation together in an hour or less! She’s professional, efficient and flexible and I’ve loved everything she’s ever done for us! If you’re looking for a drool-worthy custom cake she’s the one to call!

Love this place! The owner is great and remembers us and what we want. Can’t beat that kind of personalized service. All our cookie cake orders have been prepared perfectly and always ready at the time we request. Highly recommended!

My cookie was exactly as ordered and fresh!!!

While they may not always be busy, the manager is ultra friendly when you get to talk to her and the cookies are always perfectly melt in your mouth. Our office often gets the super sweet cookie cakes from them for birthdays. Now TBH for just an individual customer, I rarely buy a cookie or two for price and my waistline, but every now and then I want their basic chocolate chip treat.

The fresh cookies be good, but came in today and order a large coke. I Guess the girl “faked” putting ice in my cup because when I walked away the wasn’t no ice... like if you don’t wanna work go home then.

I wish I could put zero stars. They never have certain cookies somethings always going to take 30 minutes to bake! They aren’t proficient at their jobs!
