Disgusting customer service. They say they can do something then you get there and they can’t make it. They are rude and disrespectful. Manager is too proud to apologize for giving out incorrect information. First and last time every frequenting this business. Businesses like this should not be in the community. Just because they done respect the community members. The level of disrespect I was shown was ridiculous. Better Business Bureau will be hearing from me.

Customer service and phone etiquette is huge to some people. Took one lack of a call to realize I did not want to do business.

The scenery is very welcoming. As soon as you walk in the store, they greet you and make sure that all your needs are met. I will be bringing my services back to them.

I gave them 5 stars because when I got there I was disappointed, my tees were not ready something went wrong with printer, I stood there crying silently because today is my deceased sons birthday who was a victim of homicide in Newport News 2014, I had a small celebration planned at 3:30 and I didnt want to be late. I waited patiently sobbing with my grandson and daughters, I can say the men working there worked diligently and aggressively to get us our tees and with a mistake of one tee that had the wrong picture of my son on it they gave it to us free of charge!!! I THANK YOU ALL 3 WHO WORKED TO SAVE OUR DAY!!!!!
