Nice place, plenty of parking, but it took some effort for my daughter and I to find the Ever After High dolls. Lady working in that area, helped us find them, and then customer service desk checked us out (did not have to wait in other lines).

Love Toys R Us. Who doesnt love a toy store if you have a 2 year old boy with Christmas gift cards. Every Christmas we take him to pick out what he wants to spend his gift cards on. It actually is not as expensive as I remember it being. There were quite a few sales and we had a coupon along with gift cards. He picked out a few books and toys. Of course we can use the gift cards online but being that he is only 2, its nice to actually go to the store and let him pick things.

Wanted to find a wolf toy for a child that loves wolves. No one in store to assist. I wandered aimlessly aisle after aisle. After settling for an alternative item, I went to checkout. The young lady although pleasant, just shrugged her shoulders when I told her I could not find what I was looking for. Guess I will have to make a special trip to Great Wolf Lodge and pay the big bucks.

Great place. I waited my whole adult life to shop here until I just had my baby boy last December. So very sad to see this place go. I pray someone comes along and saves it.

Its going out of business and theres good reason for that. We went in looking for board games for adults. Selection was limited so we walked next door to Target which had many more options. The store itself looks like it was last updated in the mid 90s. If your purchase can wait, the prices are almost better online. We dont recommend this place.

Such a variety. Great sales sometimes and you can sign up for great rewards for your children and free things for their birthday every year. Also awesome events there too

We always have a great time here w/ our family, & it saddens me to hear the news of some (maybe all) the stores closing starting Monday. 😭 Stupid internet shopping is putting more & more brick & mortar stores out of business. It just takes the fun away, especially for the kids & the collectors. I hope & pray they keep at least one store near me in business. 🤞

Warning!! Dont buy anything as a collectible. After I finished my purchase, they used permanent marker to mark the box. This is essentially damaging the product, after the purchase was complete. I bought something and after I paid for it, they damaged it. Let that sink in. They also then claimed there is nothing they can do about it. I hadnt even walked away from the register yet

Even with the huge close out sales the prices arent that great. They marked them up to make the percentage off seem like more. Also they refuse to honor the correct price on anything marked wrong. Plus due to closing prepare longer lines due to one lane; maybe two at most if lucky.

Always helpful staff. A few temp labor at holidays but overall good service. Some prices are way high. Make sure you do price match at checkout!

So sad to see Toys R Us go! My daughters loved coming here to check out the toys. Plus the customer service was always top notch. Thanks for the memories!

They had a special event for May birthdays with Geoffrey. He read a story, the kids got to keep a copy of the story along with a stuffed animal of Geoffrey. My son loved the parade he got to walk in. It made him feel special. They he got to use his birthday coupon and gift he got.

High prices. Catch the sales and you will get a good deal. My kids love going here even if it is just to look.

Great Store to find those wanted toys! Just watch how Employees ring up your items! I was charged twice for an item & the employee didnt tell me that some of the items I bought were Buy 1, get 1 Free! Bcuz I would of bought a 4th item, instead the 3 I did buy!

No great sales, even though they are going out of business. My son had 2 gift cards and we were told that they just stopping accepting gift cards the day before we went there (on a Saturday). The cashier handed us a small slip of paper with information on it and said that we need to file a claim with the bankruptcy court. Are you kidding me? I dont understand why they couldnt just honor the gift cards for one more day, at least through the weekend. Just bad service. I can understand why theyre going out of business. :-/

My kids Christmas list were easy because I found most of what they asked for at Toys R us.

This toy r us had all the toys, but looked not well maintained overall, with displays awry, and a good number of dented, damaged boxes. One of the baby toys I was looking at had pieces missing from the box.

Went to store Sunday when they opened and they did not have a toy that was advertised in the Sunday paper.

Good selection, but they are brutally understaffed. Hard to find someone to ring you out, let alone actually help you.

Poor.got what we went for.got home got a call from manager.wasnt charged for item.600.00 gaming ststem.really.More training needs to be done for these young employees!
