We were very pleased with the particular service given to us but now with the quality of jewelry or service after our two pieces of jewelry fell apart within the month.Purchased not one but two gold chain, both broke with changing clothes. Purchased a sapphire ring and after one wear we lost diamonds. Unacceptable. The district manager still has not contacted us about this poor quality jewelry. In person staff is the only reason the review isn’t one star. Very displeased with the reception we’ve gotten while trying to get our money back before moving over seas. If you have the ability to shop elsewhere please do.

RIPPED OFF had a watch fully restored. Damage still on watch. Purchased a watch and sent a different brand of watch I did not agree on.I want the watch in my contract. Employees offered to give me 50% off another watch. Why cant I have the watch I paid for. You sales rep told me when I made my last payment in Jan I could pay it off it Feb but no you ship another watch instead to my old house because you said it ended in Jan and yall say you called and spoke to me. You then told me you wont honer your own reps words. I will never shop here again. All I wanted to do is pay off the 86 dollars that your rep told me I owed but instead yall decided to charge me 157 dollars and treat me like Im an idiot in your store. Thank you for that embarrassment in your store that your manager Tim did. Tim was extremely rude and disrespectful.

I have been to many Reeds locations, but the Patrick Henry Mall location is by far the best when it comes to customer service. I feel like a part of the family every time I shop. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and smiling faces. Every employee I have encountered has gone above and beyond to help me find the perfect piece for my personal collection or for a gift.

First and foremost, I would like to say that I never had an interest in REEDS because I thought Jared and Pandora were the best places to go. After having bad experiences with their customer service at both places, my husband decided to go to REEDS and I was very pleased with their jewelry, but most of all, the customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Rachel Miller is Superbly Awesome...She is such a people person and it shows...She is also GENUINE with it, because I can spot FAKE right away, but not her. Honestly never heard of this place. I ordered a watch from Amazon and when I opened it, it came from this store. I never leave a review for anything. But I have to say I was shocked beyond belief with how well the merchandise was packaged and just the care and thought I mean there was a hand written “thank you”. It’s the devil in the details and wow this company rocked it to the t.

I just wanted to say that Christian and Brandon were amazing! I literally just left the store at Patrick Henry Mall and could not be happier. This was my second trip to the mall today and I had visited every single jewelry store. Reeds was my last stop and I am so happy I waited to make a purchase. Christian and Brandon were super friendly and helpful. They were not pushy and didn’t try to force me into a purchase, but instead talked to me, asked me about my needs and helped me find the perfect Christmas gift for my husband. I was in and out of the store within 30 min from start to purchase. They wrapped and bagged my gift beautifully and I will most certainly return for future purchases and will hope to be helped by them again. They are awesome!!

Definitely the worst customer service at this store. I’ve only went there one time previously where anyone could be bothered to ask if I wanted to look at something. I went recently as I saw an item I’ve been wanting was finally in stock. After the third time of coming to the counter someone was bothered to at least welcome me. Needless to say I wasn’t able to get the jewelry I wanted. No, Can I help you? or anything. They seemed to be to busy gossiping then wanting to make a sell. I don’t usually leave reviews but hopefully management will be able to correct this behavior. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere which is a shame.

Let me just tell you right now that for all of your jewelry needs you need to stop by Reeds at Patrick Henry mall and ask for Rachel!!!!! My husband and originally went to reeds to have our jewelry tested for authenticity. (We purchased a rope chain from a vendors booth and wanted to be sure that our purchase was real.) Ms. Rachel and Mr. Bobby both were great with assisting us with our requests. To our suspicion the jewelry was fake. They were so sorry for something they couldnt even change. (So sweet)After realizing that we were out of money. Ms. Rachel offered to assist us in purchasing more jewelry. After much research and laughs. I go to this store quite often. Every time I come in, I am always greeted very fast. I love Pandora and find that the staff is very knowledgeable and fast when I am shopping. I went to the Patrick Henry Mall location. My husband and I are young we dont know anything about buying a ring. At first everything seemed okay when we were to talking to this nice white guy. Then the oriental lady ended up helping us & it seemed like all she wanted was a sale. She over talked and took forever. Not to mention she ran my husband and I credit threw a bunch a creditors . The ring I really really wanted was $2500 but because of the price I was willing to go without it. And since I had to go to work the lady said she would call my husband back once she hears back from the people if my husband got approved for a certain amount. She calls and says we got approved. So we come in the next days and says we got approved but not for the whole amount and well have to pay such and such upfront and once we say were not interested. She says let me see what I can do. Moments later she then says that she was able to get them to drop the price to 1800 & we were like wow okay lets do it then thats a big difference. She then tells us we just have to pay $200 upfront but we tell her we dont have it right now then she finds some way around it and we only end up paying tax which was $25. Now come to find out once we started making payments thats she didnt get them to dropped it to $1800 because we still have $2536 left to pay. She played us & I will be going up there tomorrow to give her a piece of my mind. & or suing ! NOT COOL 😡😡😡😡

My husband and I went into Reeds in Patrick Henry Mall today after visiting about 12 other jewelry stores. None of the other 12 were helpful at all, but Reeds was a whole different experience. Before selling to me, he had a conversation with me to just get to know me and grow a relationship.
