Waited almost 2 hours and stories still not open. Call got no response on the phone. Had to call another location to find out what is going on to be told they will not be open until 2 pm. Sad customer service

Excellent service. I was looking to find a hat and get my son’s nickname stitched on it for his birthday. The young man working was able to help me find a nice hat that wasn’t the most expensive one in the store. When it came to getting the name stitched on it. The gentleman let me know there were a couple of hats in front of me and it would be about an hour until my hat was ready. Sure enough, I come back around an hour later and my son’s hat was finishing up. He did a great job and I look forward to getting more hats done by him.

Great service, there was a young man named Brandon who very knowledgable. He wasnt overbearing like most of the employees usually are, he never shoved product down my throat. He allowed to shop and was available whenever I needed help. It was a pleasant change from people who never leave you alone from the moment you walk in the door. I will gladly come back if Brandon is working

Ive never actually visited Lids. I have one hat, but it wasnt purchased there. The high accuracy location thing on my phone seems to think that I went to Lids, when in fact, I was eating delicious Chinese food at a table that happened to be in front of the hat store at the Patrick Henry Mall.

I dont wear hats, I havent been here, and it keeps showing up on my timeline. Im sure its pretty nice though. Update:5/30/20 It is currently not open yet in Patrick Henry Mall.

Didnt carry the head I was looking for an overpriced

Was very disappointed when I came to the mall store to buy a hat and get it embroidered with a player signature before the MNF game last night about closing time and the employee told me that the signatures werent on her computer so she couldnt help me... and the whole time was very passive like trying to get me to leave so she could close. I explained I needed the hat for a function that night to reply just ignored... Speechless I put down my hat and cleaning kit and left. Watched the game, won the game, come back the next day to a different employee about an hour after opening who first couldnt find the folder w the images to stitch (I used to work at this store so I helped) and she says the same, no files, and offers no solution again other than suggesting I drive literally 45 min in either direction to Williamsburg or Norfolk... Why not try to fix the problem cause I know Im not the only person coming for the players signatures ONLY your store offers.. pretty disappointed w service especially, selection, and that youre not stitching the signatures you offer. Will return to speak with manager this afternoon but probably will not return as a customer again.

Watch the prices, they charge you different from whats marked on the hats.
