Please folks, go somewhere else with your servicing needs. These people told me the repair would be 3 weeks. Five weeks later, they still havent touched it and claim they are waiting on parts. (Husqvarna Corporate says otherwise). Every other dealer around says their repairs take 7-10 days max, and that they have no problem getting parts. This place will lie to your face, (and over the phone) just to get you off the line. They provide zero updates on their work timeline, but promise to call you back if you call them. (They never have called me back a single time). I should have read the other reviews before dropping off my mower with them. Several other customers have had the exact same experience as me.Dont waste you time with them, (especially if your mower is nearing the end of your warranty period like mine). Several other dealers in the area have pristine ratings.

Personal service. All customers treated like long time customers. Very knowledgeable and very willing to share it with an amateur like me without feeling dumb. I bought a Husqvarna brush cutter, a professional tool. Im looking forward to when it comes in. Ill definitely need support. I could have bought it closed to home, but they treated me quite opposite.

These people have had my lawn mower for almost 2 months now, after quoting us a waiting time of 2 weeks. Every time we would call them and ask what was going on, they would have yet another excuse as to why it wasnt ready. Then they told us that it would be ready by the following Monday. Thankfully my fiance called before driving out there, and the guy told him that he didnt know who he spoke to but that it was definitely not ready yet. Finally got the call yesterday saying it was ready and my fiance said ok, I will be there tomorrow. He drove straight from work to go get it, got there as they were walking out the door, and they refused to go get it for him. They have had our lawn mower almost two months and couldnt take 5 minutes out of their time to go get it for us. Never again will they get our business.!Update. Was just told that they called my fiance about a week and a half ago to ask which lawn mower was ours. They forget which lawn mower even belonged to us ! And he was told today that if he had known that my fiance was coming today, he would have had our lawn mower ready. He did tell them he was coming today!!!

This Monday I made arrangements to have them come by Tuesday and pick up my riding mower for a tune up. Tuesday about three pm, (two hours before closing), I called and asked if they were coming to pick up my mower. They said they had been busy and were still coming. Minutes later, they called back and said they were too busy and would come out now Wednesday. When pressed, they stated they would be at my house mid morning. It is now twenty minutes before they close this Wednesday evening. A no show, not even a call. You draw your own conclusion consumer. Would you spend your hard earned money for this type of service?

Outstanding experience. I went in and the guy behind the counter greeted me and let me know he would be just a moment, as he was with another customer. It always feels good to be acknowleged. When he was available he was knowledgeable, kind and informative. I was there for a belt for my mower. He found the exact one I needed and I was on my way. The big deal was when I got home I was having some trouble installing it. I called the store and got the same representative. He answered my questions over the phone and I was able to finish the install. Could not have gone any better. I will return for any of my outdoor power needs. Way to be awesome.

Dropped off a generator in March of 19 to be serviced because it would not start. I picked it up today 8/26/19 with pieces missing and still not fixed. During the entire six months I never received a call on a status and stopped by twice to check if it was complete. Each time I was told that they have ordered the parts. Very disappointing, poor customer service, and appears they have more work than they can handle. I will never take my business there again.

They are nice when you actually talk to them, but they have always been slow to repair my mower. The last repair took 6 weeks and I had to hire another company to mow my lawn twice. They offered to sharpen my blades when they apologized but then didnt do it. I received my lawn mower back finally and then my blades stopped functioning the same day because they wired my deck poorly. I had to have my mechanic fix it. I do not recommend them.

I waited 22 day to pick up my push mower. I was told multiple times the part would be in tomorrow and it never was. I was able to mow my yard one time complete and the second time both problems I brought it in for broke! Horrible customer service and horrible workmanship. I would not recommend!

YOU WERE OK WITH THAT . WE REPAIRED YOUR MOWER DELIVERED IT BACK WITH NO PICK UP AND DELIVERY CHARGE AS WE DO ALL OF OUR PURCHACE CUSTOMERS, YOU WERE TO STOP BY OUR DEALERSHIP AND PAY FOR YOUR REPAIRS, NEVER TALKED TO YOU SINCE THEN . YOU DID NOT CALL TO SAY THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR MOWER DECK SPRING OR WE WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT .WE HAD DONE NO WORK TO YOUR MOWER DECK THE SPRING YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT, I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT VOICE MAILS APROX 10 TIMES SINCE YOUR REPAIR TO SEE ABOUT COLLECTING THE $ 212.50 FOR THE REPAIR, WE DID THE WORK CORRECTED THE PROBLEM THAT YOU CREATED, RETURN CALLS RUSTY OR AT LEAST PAY YOUR BILL .
