The quality of their work seems good but there are a couple of things I was not excited about. They installed a brake controller for me and my original wire should have been rerun with the wires they ran, but instead, they left it. They called me and told me the wire was ran quite precariously and asked me if I wanted them to move it and it would cost me more money because they had already run their wires 🤯. It seems to me like you would inspect the existing equipment if you were intending to use it prior to installing your own product onto the vehicle. The fact they wanted to charge me more labor just to move a wire seems quite ridiculous to me. Where I come from if people are going to do a job they just do it right for the price they quoted and thats the way it is. I guess when you live in the city and you have as much business as youd like all the time you can do whatever. When I came to pick up my vehicle, the technician basically told me he was pretty sure I was going to have issues with that wire shorting out. WOW!!

Nate was very helpful and patient with all our questions and needs helped us take care of one need today will be returning in the future for the other.

Overpriced items with mediocre quality, some of the furniture on display already is showing wear from being out in direct sunlight for too long and are priced very high. Sales representatives didnt seem to eager to help make a sale. Had the What you see is what we have attitude and wasnt profound on trying to order new patio Adirondack chairs in order to buy some as a pair instead of just buying one. The sales person I talked to was very helpful in getting measurements and answered my questions in a professional manner, however I dont think the prices are justifiable for what you get.

I was looking for trailer parts that they dont carry anymore but they had a great stock of aftermarket truck parts and custom goodies they also have other trailer parts and trailers but just not for enclosed that I was looking for good selection nice displays

I have a crutchman xtreme liner in my truck it looks incredible as well as standing up to a lot of abuse while barely scratching.

Crutchman just finished the install of our Weather Guard Bin System for our companys Ram Pro Master van. Mike called and asked if they sold Weather Guard. They said yes and no appointment was needed for a professional consultation. Mike talked to Nate and he was very patient and spent a good hour with him ordering and advising on the best solution for the van. That was on Tuesday. On Wednesday, Mike oked the price. Friday, the van was completely set up and back on the road. We feel Nate went the extra mile and answered all of the questions, even though he was busy setting up for the Bodacious Bizarre. His patience and professionalism was much appreciated.

Bought a tonneau cover, step rails, and window deflectors for my Tacoma here. Great price. Flawless install. Very satisfied. Nice people. All sorts of truck accessories. They have some nice Adirondack style outdoor furniture here as well.

Price seemed to be OK.. Service was quick... On negs... They seemed put off by my questions on the repair... Not just one but they all seemed to not want the bother... Thats why I only bothered to give them 3 stars...

The people was very nice had my bed sprayed twice and have taken some small cuts and small chunks out in the scrapes I can still see my factory bed paint underneath it’s not a construction vehicle but it defiantly gets used so I think next time I might have it sprayed somewhere else

They denied installing my brake controller wrong. I still dont know what caused my brake lights to burn out along with a whole bunch of electrical things on my truck. But just the attitude of the guy when i asked him to please take off the brake controller off. He said he was busy and to do it myself.
