10/10 shopping experience. Cassie was fantastic…. Confirmed they had in stock the box spring I was looking for. Had the details of the product when I arrived at the store and helped me load it into my SUV.Oh and the price was about 50% from comparable stores (after saving on shipping also)

This place is amazing. They have absolutely anything that you need for your new home,or if youre like me, looking for something new and different to brighten up a room. I found the perfect bedside table for my room. On top of all that it is owned and operated by Veterans!

Wow, what a great place. Had sectionals and other things I wanted at fractions of the cost of the big retail stores for the same stuff! Very helpful over the phone and in person. Particularly Taylor and Jack were very helpful. Thanks yall, Ill be back!

The staff is incompetent literally. Bought a $500 couch & doesn’t fit. Do to their terrible “no refunds” policy, I’m stuck with a couch that literally doesn’t fit in my apartment. I can respect sensible business policies, but you’re a furniture store. It is unacceptable to tell your customers to open the packaging to try to see if it fits then to tell them that once the packaging is open you can’t take it back. I strongly dislike moving policies. I’ve had trouble with their delivery and the product itself. I would strongly suggest not doing business with these people.

Had a fantastic experience. Desperately needed a new couch and every store told me 2-3 months. I called Northern KY Open Box Outlet and went the next day. They walked me through all of the couches they had available today or within the week. The next week I had a new couch and spent a lot less money than I would have custom ordering a couch and waiting 2-3 months. I will absolutely make this my first stop next time I need new furniture.

This is a great to get odds and ends for your home. Cant wait to go back!

This is a great store for buying furniture and household goods. The staff are helpful and the prices are very reasonable. I have purchased mattresses, curtain rods, and curtains. The selection of chairs and light fixtures are amazing. Everything is great/new quality, many items still in boxes, and are at a fraction of the retail price. Prices are cheap. The items in this store may have scuffs, or boxes are torn open. I saw a corner on a wooden table refinished. So if you dont mind a possible flaw in your purchase, this is a good place to get cheap stuff for your home. They had sectional couches, bar stools, end tables, coffee tables, kitchen tables, wall paintings, cool light fixtures, mirrors, fancy curtain rods, blinds, mattress & box spring sets, lamps, lawn furniture, ect...... Definitely worth checking out.

The owner and staff were very helpful and we got a great deal on some barstools for our kitchen. Highly recommend this business.

This place is like finding a treasure chest and not knowing what kind of gems you will find. I noticed the new signs on the Marquee on top of the store and decided to stop by. Ee have been looking for 2 more chairs to mix into a contemporary dining set. Found a possibility for excellent pricing, took photos to take home,to check it out. Hoping they will look like a natural blending with the other chairs, will be back tomorrow to purchase if so!!! Some,very nice selections of all kinds if other househould decor and furniture.

Went in to look around and see what kind of items they have... couldnt stop laughing because I saw a mirror that was broken and they was charging $35 for it.. all the stuff they sell in the store looks like it came from a yard sale yet theyre marking up the prices on it... I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy
