Extremely satisfied customer! I purchased a pair of Keen hiking shoes here last fall. Within about 8 months of normal use, they started to fall apart. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed, as I have always previously been satisfied with Keen products. Good news is Keen has a warranty program, which I decided to take advantage of. Bad news is they require a copy of the receipt, which I not longer had. So I called TGO to see if it was possible to get a copy of a receipt. Instead, they offered to replace the shoes outright. The staff (especially E.) were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Just an outstanding level of customer service. Ive stopped in here periodically over the years while vacationing in VT, and Ive always been pleased with their selection and prices. But I am *definitely* a loyal customer now, and I couldnt be more happy with my experience at TGO! Highly recommended!!

Both sales people were wonderful! One helped my daughter find what she was looking for in her size and the other checked us out. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing!🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

Horrifying experience! The fact that you dont have enough staff does not give you the right to accuse people of stealing . Especially people who are hard working, never been in any trouble and would rather spend their hard earned money locally then on line. This establishment will never get any business from me or my family again. Poor management will ruin your place!
