Claire and the rest of the Mansion Hill team were so amazing. They truly make you feel so comfortable and excited to try on the dresses! The boutique itself is decorated very well and has a very relaxed vibe. The dresses themselves were beautiful - Claire and team have great style! The prices were also reasonable. I did not end up buying my dress from Mansion Hill, but my sister did last year and so I knew how great they were and knew I needed to have them on my list of places to go for my dress! I cant recommend this place highly enough for wedding dress shopping.

Claire, all the bridal associates, Sarah the in house gown alterations guru and everyone in between are fabulous. Not at all pushy- which made the shopping experience so pleasant. So many gorgeous gowns to choose from. Sarah was especially wonderfulAnd patient with all of my dress alterations, seeing me for multiple fittings to make sure the dress fit just right. Can’t recommend mansion hill enough - 1000 stars!

Abby was so helpful, calming, and fun! She made the experience so special yet down to Earth for my family, friends, and myself. Being able to try in a multitude of styles helped me find the one!

After going to a total of 7 bridal shops, Mansion Hill was hands down the best! Their selection is incredible and I was able to find two dresses that I could not decide between! This was amazing since I had been to 6 others and did not find “the dress.” Not to mention, the prices for the quality of the dresses is unmatched! They are so reasonable! And every single person who works there is knowledgeable, professional, and so genuinely nice! I would recommend this store to anyone who wants exquisite dresses for an affordable price! And the store is just adorable! They are the BEST!

I went to almost every bridal shop in Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky and Mansion Hill was by far the best experience ever! They are the nicest people, you have the majority of the shop to yourself and they aren’t pushy with trying to sell you anything. I actually found my dress at another shop but bought it from Mansion Hill and I’m so glad I did! I would highly recommend shopping at Mansion Hill for your bridal needs!

I cannot say enough good things about Mansion Hill Bridal. I purchased my dress there in the fall of 2019, and just finished up alterations for my June wedding. Dress shopping felt like a fairytale as the appointment was personalized and catered to me, and they made me feel so special when I said yes to the dress. I was thrilled when I found out they had hired an on-site seamstress who worked to perfect my dress. I would recommend this bridal salon to any brides searching for their dream dress!

If you put this on your list of places to look for a wedding dress, it should be at the top! This is the best boutique around! It has elegant decor, beautiful dresses, and Claire makes you feel like the most special bride you are meant to be as you try on the gorgeous gowns! I felt as though I was the one the dresses were created for and I was there for a special fitting. It was all magical! It is the epitome of dress fittings for your wedding day!

I visited with 4 girlfriends to find a dress. Im not into shopping, even for my wedding dress, so I wasnt super excited to complete this part of my wedding planning. However, Claire made the experience AWESOME. We ended up being the only group in the shop which was such a lovely experience having the place to ourselves. Claire went above and beyond to ensure we had fun, saw and tried on the dresses I wanted and followed up politely as I solidified my decision weeks afterwards.

Although I found “the dress” somewhere else, Mansion Hill was my favorite place to try on dresses. The girls are wonderful and take in every aspect of the the dress you want and pull as many as they can for you. Not only do they make the experience fun, the music and atmosphere of their store makes it the perfect place. Definitely will recommend any future brides to go there!PS I need the playlist from the store because it is SO comforting and makes the place feel homey. Just all around perfect.

My fiancé and I knew we would have to work quick to plan a wedding in just 4 months. Finding my dream dress was first on the list as dresses take a while to come in. At Mansion Hill, Abby helped me search the sample rack and find it within the hour. It was so hard to choose, I never thought I would fall in love with so many dresses! We said yes to the dress, and I was able to take home the most perfect dress right then and there-and within our tight budget. They were even helpful with alterations, and it was so relaxing and wonderful! We even celebrated with a complimentary glass of champagne. It was best experience, and I cannot wait to put that dress on in just a few months!

Although I found my dress somewhere else, I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Mansion Hill Bridal. I was nervous about trying on dresses before I got there but they created such a positive atmosphere that I just had a lot of fun! I cannot recommend enough!! I did a lot of research in bridal boutiques before going to try on wedding dresses for my first time. I couldn’t find one bad review for mansion hill bridal and when I went to experience it for myself, they did not disappoint!! I had made an appointment but last minute had to reschedule due to my grandmother being in the hospital. They rescheduled me for a better time without any hesitation. When I got to my appointment, I discussed my vision with Katie and she hit it head on! She made the experience very comfortable and easy. The dress I picked was the first one I tried on!! I cannot wait to go back for my fitting and wear it for my big day! Thank you Katie and the mansion hill crew. From the front window displays to the beautiful accessory table inside, its truly beautiful! There is a wide selection of designer gowns to choose from and plenty of veils and accessory options to look at, too! Considering I got in on the luck of a next day cancellation, I wasn’t too sure what to expect as I hadn’t yet looked into Mansion Hill Bridal. I cannot put into words the excitement and awe I felt walking through the doors of one of the most exclusive bridal boutiques in the greater Cincinnati area. The ambiance and aesthetic were right up my alley! Incredible dresses displayed, softly lit Christmas decor, beautiful antique furniture paired with modern pastels and floral accents coupled with a fresh pine scent. I was not overwhelmed with pushy sales associates, yet greeted with kind smiles and professionalism from both the owner, Claire, and my consultant. Abby was out of this world. She helped me navigate through a sea of tulle and lace to pick out dresses she thought may work after listening to me explain my vision for my wedding and my ideal dress. I felt quite comfortable through the try on process. Just enough assistance with zippers and buttons. The combination of interior and natural lighting is perfection for viewing the dresses. I saved my favorite for the finale. Turns out, that was my dress and it was an exclusive from their collection!!! I felt stunning and shocked that a dress I would never have imagined myself wearing was the one everyone in my party and I chose as number one! Pricing was beyond fair, purchase and ordering was a simple and well explained process, and I even accessorized with a gorgeous handmade headpiece they had in stock! I so look forward to continuing my experience with Mansion Hill, through alterations in house and any other communications through the remainder of the dress process. The complimentary pink champagne was a fantastic touch, as well as the “Insta-wall” for photos! I cannot wait to wear the dress I chose on my wedding day! Great experience from the time I scheduled an appointment to the time I received the dress. Scheduling online is easy and their parking directions are clear. You really feel like the star of the show when youre trying on dresses here - my family had the entire back room to ourselves for my appointment. I had a hard time choosing a dress because I tried on so many that were absolutely stunning! No other shop I went to compared to the customer service and selection of Mansion Hill.
