I am a big fan of American-made clothing and accessories and thats exactly what youll find in this store. Very cute screen printed tees, crop tops, shorties, hoodies, zippered sweat jackets, crew neck sweaters, and more. The girl working the counter was friendly and gave us a free Oregon beer while we shopped. We left with a tee, sweater, and sunglasses. Make sure to check the bottom of your receipt for $1 off a beer at local Newport breweries -- I recommend checking out the dog-friendly Wolf Tree!

Stopped into this shop while walking around downtown Newport and were very surprised by the local unique feel of this gift shop. We don’t drink beer but they offer free local beer while you shop, that’s pretty cool. The clothing is all super soft with great designs on them. Not typical tourist souvenirs something you feel like you can wear all the time. Definitely worth a stop in. While the t-shirts seem over priced. They aren’t for being made in the U S and printed in Oregon!

Love this place! They have locally printed hoodies, cool hats, pet supplies made with recycled materials and so much more beach themed apparel. Great atmosphere and vibe here and the people.. met Brittany and Harley, down to earth and very friendly. Must check this place out if you are anywhere near Newport Oregon.

Love the shop, the taste are so soft but they need to update the hours in their website. I came down at 9am when it says they open so I could get a parking spot and they are not open, no sign on the door state hiurs

We tried to go into this store but it was closed. There weren’t any posted hours. We walked around downtown for an hour and a half (from 10 to 11:30am) on a Friday morning and the lights never turned on. What kind of store in the touristy part of town isn’t open on a Friday morning?! Lame. We liked what we could see in the window displays.

I stumbled in while visiting the waterfront. It’s a very nice shop, AND they were offering sample glasses of beer from a local brewery, so I’m sold. Also, I’ve been searching for the perfect hat for a while and found the hat of my dreams, made with real cork wood. They also have a great variety of screen print and unique designed clothing. Will definitely go back!

Super disappointed this weekend. We attempted to go to 101 Local three separate times over three days. This store is one of our favorites in Newport. On Friday, we went and saw a sign that said they were closed til Sunday so on Sunday, we returned at their listed opening time (10am) to find another sign saying they wouldnt open until noon. We hung out downtown and prolonged leaving town so we could all grab a new sweatshirt/gear. We returned at 12:05 and they were still closed.We LOVE the gear we purchase at this store and were so sad that it continued to be closed.

I absolutely love this store!!! Every time we are in Newport I have to stop by and see what new things they have. Their clothes are so comfy and soft, and stay that way after washing them. This last trip I picked up a zip up hoodie, it’s heavenly. The last time I was there I brought the whole family and everyone wanted something including stickers for our water bottles.

Effin wonderful, lovely place and staff. The owner is super rad.

While visiting Newport my family and I stopped by this shop and it is fantastic. Bought a shirt, a couple of mask and bracelets. Very nice workers and shop and I highly recommend stopping by and supporting this local shop while in the area. I will be a returning customer.

Best customer service ever (Thanks Pete!). I ordered a sweatshirt while visiting the store this summer that they didnt then have in the size that I wanted. It took a bit to arrive to my home in Las Vegas (but, with Covid-19 craziness, I thought I would just call to check on the status). Pete ended up giving me his cell phone number and kept me updated via text messages on its printing status. When it finally did arrive in the mail he had included sunglasses, a pin and decals for the inconvenience. It has been a long time since I have received that level of customer service. Thank you. I plan to stop in every time I end up in Newport to visit my parents.P.S. the sweatshirts at this store are the most amazingly soft, high quality sweatshirts that I have ever found. I want them all! :)

We loved this store! Definitely check it out. Everything top quality and when they tell you the inked designs become as soft as the garment with a couple washings, it is fact.Softest tees and sweatshirts and the designs are amazing! Super friendly staff, Brittany is great, i look forward to shopping here again!

I am a minor with a medical condition and with very dark skin. I told the store clerk that I was under the mandated age, and had a medical condition, but she still rudely refused to let me into her store, Im not sure if this was age, ethic, or medical discrimination, but it was one of the above.

Such a cute store! The woman running it was so nice and helpful. Lots of cute sweatshirts and the silicone wine glasses/cups are nice.

Really cool clothes that celebrates the Coast style. Super soft cotton T’s, sweats and hats. A must visit amongst all the tourist focus shops. Love the people.
