A timeless classic. It blends those vacation town shops you loved as a kid with modern times, like an online shop and brands we all want now. Staff and managers are friendly and remember you when you come back. idyllic and my favorite shop in Newport.

Life sure is good! I went to this store over the weekend in search of some fall attire.Martha the lovely women who helped me was so delightful and cheery with the most beautiful hair. Not only did I leave with one but TWO amazing north face jackets that were on SALE! The manager Cassandra was so sweet she helped me order the sizes I needed that we not in stock! Will be shopping here again 😊

Everyone was very helpful when I needed to by last minute holiday gifts. They had everything I needed for my family. The manager was very nice and helped me figure out what sizes to get for my dad and sister and they fit perfectly. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.

I went in for the first time the other day and I was delighted! I was greeted by an employee immediately. I perused the store in search for a belated birthday present. An employee by the name of Marty (I think) helped me find the perfect gift. I genuinely felt like a valued customer! Would recommend dropping by to all in Newport.

Awesome shop with a great selection of items and brands! They stock ONeill, Tervis, and of course Life is Good, plus some other fun random products. I came for a gift and the staff were super kind and helpful - they took the time to ask about the recipient so that I could choose the perfect gift (an awesome tumbler and tee). I couldnt resist picking up a couple of things for my family, too... and now I cant wait to do my holiday shopping here.Definitely recommend stopping in if you are in the area!

Just stopped in to Life is Good today and loved the array of my faves from Northface to O’Neill and the staff was so friendly and helpful!

I love this store, everyone is so nice and they have the best selection of life is good i have ever seen. The owner and manager are always in there and greet me by name as i am a local.

Beware any discounts- they just use them to remove consumers rights (ANY discounts = final sale but the didn’t advertise). Awful attitude (“we are a small business, we can’t be as cheap as Athleta” - erm - Athleta isn’t exactly cheap Mr Retailer?) Obviously a second generation business. Avoid. Wide berth. It’s also amusing how many 5 star reviews (from avatars with only one review) have been placed within a week by a digital agency to fake a rating, poor Google manipulation that will get noticed...

The girl with the wild hair was a fantastic help! Great staff, great product - and I loved the store dog :)

We visited the store today and the staff was very nice and helpful. They have an adorable black lab in the store and they have a good selection of shirts, New England sports themed stuff and more.

The woman manager there is probably the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever come in contact with. No clue how she got that job but she sure isnt qualified.

I have brought my Life is Good stuff from this store online for quite a few years now. They have great customer service, fast delivery & always get my order right. Its no hassle and they are a pleasure to deal with. When I was buying more items for gifts, I did their frequent flyer program. Check out their clearance items too; they have good deals on those--probably best I have seen.

Owners and managers are full of themselves. Unhelpful, indifferent at best. There are two sides to the store: The Gift Shop equse side with rude staff and morons. The clothing side isnt much better. Its like walking into a girls locker room at a high school.
