Staff are great - Lena was super attentive and fast. Fay was considerate and thorough as well.Uniforms are expensive but thats a separate issue... my advice is go to a thrift store before coming to OCS to look for stuff that fits.

Custom work takes a little longer due to the volume of work they handle, so be aware. Friendly and helpful staff, accurate work.

Great array of uniforms and accessories mainly for the navy Tho there were army vests and slacks. Picked a couple of belts and other stuff. You need to identify yourself as military to be able to purchase items from the shop. The staff were cheery and helpful especially from the tailoring section. There are stalls to try out the uniforms and the fitters are available in case you need to do some adjustments. 👍👍👍

The uniform shop and dry cleaning staffs customer service is a hit or miss. Just hope you have stopped by on a good day. Other than that, the uniform shop itself is well stocked.

They gave me bad customer service and poor quality alterations when I went through OCS, and continued poor customer service when I returned years later for a tour in Newport. For an organization that depends on revenue, youd think theyd understand theyre competing with alteration shops outside the fence line.

Went here becuase it is close to my civilian job. Walked in and proceeded to the ribbon wall to find a ribbon rack, but a very specific one with 1/8 space and 7 ribbon holders, but could not find it. I picked up rank instead and went to check out. I asked the cashier and he went on a mission and found what I needed which saved me a trip to FT. Devens. Great Customer service and well trained on customs and courtesies.

Everyone is helpful, being small though they dont have all the sizes.

50/50 they have what you need in stock if you E6 and below, and they do care if you ask for a rush job. I recommend going to Groton.

This.place is well organized the only thing they dont have is Army uniforms thats why ill give them 4 stars

They have a great assortment of Navy and Marine Corps uniforms and great customer service. They also have fitting rooms and a taylor shop.
