Went for another bed the other day.test drove a few till we found the one that was perfect for us. We spent more time talking with the owners then it took to make the transaction. Always have a great experience when we shop there. Feels neighborly instead of a business. The delivery crew is always respectful and courteous. We actually have fun when we go there. Highly recommend doing business with them. You wont be disappointed.

In March we bought a couch. Got it home, during then and now Ive been dealing with my mom passing. So I called the other day about the couch, its way low to the ground. I told the lady it wasnt like that in the store, she informed me that all of their couches are low couches. They can throw out the couch for me. So I guess who cares about the $900 I paid for it. I wont go back to them to buy anything. They are nice and friendly until you have an issue.

We have bought so much for our home at this store in the last several years. Its grown to be the best place to get pretty much all the furnishings in Lincoln County. Had a problem with a couch that my wife and I purchased. Abe took the time to pick it up and take it to his shop to fix. Decided it was a defect of the manufacturer and gave us a store credit. We were able to go pick out new furniture and get it delivered for free. Great place to get new furniture.

What I know about Abe, is that he is the type of person who will always go out of his way to do the right thing. Ive known him for almost 20 years and he is the first person to step up and not only help someone, but go that extra mile to make sure someone else is ok, without worring about self gain. I purchased a boxspring and mattress set last summer. I notice a tear when picked up mattress a sharp nail from box spring sticks out tearing the mattress. I contacted Eager Beaver in May 2018 it is now Oct 2018 have went to them 4 times now. Never heard anything from them. I am not happy with there service.All I wanted to know if it has a warrenty or they can fix or exchange. But nothing from them.Kare.

We had the best experience at eager beaver yesterday! We went to the Newport location first and found the loveseat we wanted and they put a hold on it for us while we drove to the waldport location. She also held a delivery spot for us for today! We went to the waldport location and found end tables and a tv console table and paid for the coach there as well. To make sure we got all our stuff with the couch the sales lady offered to drive it to Newport before the delivery truck left. She helped my husband load up the console table and she got our end tables to the Newport store and all was delivered today. All of those items cost $450 less than almost the same couch at another local furniture store! We are extremely happy with our purchase! Thank you so much
