They picked up our cart and after looking at it they stated it was totaled from the water/hurricane damage. Offered to waive the pick.up fee and dispose.of it for us no charge. We picked it up and brought it to another dealer who was able to fix it and get it running.Feel like they tried to scam the cart.from us for nothing. We will not be back• As a follow up.to owners response we brought the totaled golf cart to Sasser and our 15,000. Golf cart was repaired for 2300.00 for a new engine, rotars, labor as well as cosmetic repairs to the seat......by far cheaper than a new golf cart or leaving it for the 50.00 pick up charge. There is no doubt in my mind that coastline was deceptive in there dealing with us and hoped to get our 15,000 golf cart from us for the 50.00 towing charge.
