Its clear why the reviews are so good. These are some of the most professional, knowledgeable, and fun staff Ive ever encountered. I took my mom here since she had a recommendation from her doctor. She has numerous foot issues and has always found proper footwear hard to come by and too expensive. The gentleman who assisted her clearly has a wealth of expertise and made sure she didnt leave until she was comfortable in her new shoes and did so all with good humor. I was very surprised that she didnt need custom shoes! Be sure that they will do the utmost to make you comfortable at the most affordable price possible.

I walked with a cane, walked without a can because of Bruce MacDonald. Just had knee replacement I was still in pain, Bruce gave me a wedge, I walked without my cane and no pain. Best thing I ever did! Thank you Bruce!

I cannot get over how amazing this store is. The staff are ridiculously friendly and super knowledgeable. I work security and walk a lot. My boots made my feet sore and tired. Bruce helped me find the perfect shoe and arch supports that were perfect for me. He custom matches the shoe to YOU! I felt as if i was the only customer that mattered. They dont just sell you a shoe. They take the time to genuinely care about finding out your needs and then spend however long it takes to match the perfect shoe to those needs. I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful store

Amazing people, took the time to really explain how the boots are made,and what they are made of. After trying on a few different pairs my husband walked away with very happy feet. 😁 Will absolutely be going there again.

What a wonderful store, with many different quality brands, and exceptional, knowledgeable owner. My husband bought 3 pairs of different types of shoes there last month, and he seldom shops for himself. I have seen THREE podiatrists, for for pain and the problems that cause it, with limited relief. I met with Bruce for about a half an hour. He assessed my issues, found a shoe that is comfortable. AND THEN, built an insert for my shoes that addresses my particular problem! My feet havent been this comfortable in years!! I will be going back for all my shoe needs!! Thank you, Bruce!!!
