Amazing salesman. He didnt try to sell or show me anything that was not in my budget. The store was kept super clean and very neat. I walked in and walked out with a brand new mattress, that was well within my price range. Excellent service and prices. 👍🙌

Best place to buy a mattress and they have so much knowledge to offer you. The best part about it is that you can try the bed for 120 days and if you dont like it you can switch to another which I did 2 times to support my back issues. Rodney i have worked with a few times and Mike was great as well.

Went on a Friday night and the salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. We did wind up buying a Serta mattress and adjustable base although the one we really wanted to buy was a Sealy hybrid thats located right when you walk through the door but there was no availability of the mattress until sometime next year so that was disappointing.

Honestly it’s like any other mattress store I assume. But this lovely Russian woman with a voice like butter sold us the mattress and I really feel like it’s worth writing about. So, go here if you want live ASMR, great service and a good deal.

Finding a mattress at Mattress Firm in Newton, NewJersey was a cinch ! Sales associate Joanne Olezeski made what could have been a nightmare a dream come true. She was knowledgeable and thorough about every mattress we inquired about, and we asked about them all! lol She was not pushy and found the perfect solution for finding a firm mattress and convincing my husband that a king mattress was the way to go! Now we can both feel like kings in our new bed!

I stopped in to Newton today because my new Olivia Pillowtop with boxspring was higher than I expected. Genevieve welcomed me warmly and helped explain the various options. I went with the low profile box...and then we started talking about high-end mattresses and ways to protect them (and my warranty). Genevieve demonstrated the mattress protection options and I bought the five-side. Cant afford to risk a $3k mattress! And because the mattress is much taller than I have owned before - and I love the feel of good sheets - Genevieve managed to find a set of sheets to sell me, too. I really appreciated her interest in helping me even though it was clearly not going to be a big sale.

I wish I could give it zero stars! Worst experience of our lives. Bought a mattress on 7/21, husband picked it up from the store on 7/24. Put it on our bed & it’s too short. A king is 76” x 80”. This was a 75” x 75” square!! Called them immediately, was told they would put a ticket in & send a new one out right away. They delivered the new one on 7/26. Before they even took it off the truck I had them lay it down & measure it, SAME THING!! Obviously this is a manufacturers defect. Now my husband gets involved with a manager named Ian. He was told that they are also completely dumbfounded & will get another one out but with specific instructions to measure the mattress before they even leave. Automated system said our delivery would be between 1:15-3:15 pm on 7/28. My husband gets another automated call on 7/28 at 11:00 am saying the mattress will be at our house in 1/2 an hour. Mind you the 28th was the anniversary of my father’s death so my brothers & I were at the cemetery which was an hour away. We tried calling the store & the automated call # & no answers at both. Needless to say we didn’t get the delivery. I called the store & got an answer. After explaining everything I told (I think her name was Joanne) that I wanted a call from the manager, “for what?” she asked. Because I want answers, “answers to what?”. Seriously?? All I got were smart answers like that from her!! I ended up getting extremely upset & hanging up on her. My husband ended up calling the # he had for the manager Ian he had been speaking to which was obviously another store. An associate answered, my husband gave him the whole story. Long story short they’re sending out another mattress, again, and to not send it out unless it’s the correct size. They came 8/2, I had them measure it before taking it off the truck and AGAIN it’s the WRONG DARN SIZE!!!! I called my husband who flips out & calls Ian. He says because we paid cash they have to pick up the mattress then issue a refund by check which won’t come for at least 1-2 weeks leaving me with no mattress!! We’re a 1 income family & don’t have the means to buy another mattress while we wait for another one or a refund. My husband says “I’m done!”. Ian’s reply, “so are we!” WHAT?!?! Never once did they offer to have us come in, pick out a different brand around the same price point which is what I wanted, nothing, NO HELP!! As of right now we have no remedy for any of this & are not getting ANY help from anyone at this store/company!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

I had Carey and she was an excellent saleswoman. She talked me into buying a Serta Icomfort with an adjustable base and a bunch of pillows. And I do not regret my decision I love it and wouldn’t change my decision, thanks to the helpful and expertise opinion from Carey I sleep like a baby every single night!
