We got off to a rocky start due to defective flooring but all of our concerns and issues were addressed and handled in the upmost professional and efficient way. Affordable Floors did not quit on an installation until we were totally satisfied. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Wow, the crew who came out for the floor install surpassed our expectations by far. They showed up early, put in a fair days work and were out in a couple days. Floors look well set and cut properly with the shoe molding to fit. Very very happy with how it all came out!

Arrived on time for every appointment from measuring, to installing. When made deposit materials arrived when they said it would. When scheduled for install the installers arrived when they said they would.installers were the most professional I can recall. No radio playing. No profanity. Wore Affordable Flooring t shirts representing that company. No smoking. Cleaned up all debris both days. Asked if they could leave tools and materials at the end of day one. Even asked my 14 year daughter if it was alright if they took a lunch break which made her feel like a supervisor.When the installers arrived they got right to work. Rained a little so they moved their sawhorses into my carport and even sweeped up the shavings instead of throwing them out in my yard.I cant imagine a more professional, on time service. And oh yes, flooring looks great as well. No gaps, no edging. Overall pricing was competitive. I dont believe I can imagine a better job done. When its time to renovate my 3,000 square foot office I already know who Im calling.

Affordable Floors put in the flooring in my husband’s “man cave”. The flooring April recommended looks great & when it was installed, the area was in perfect shape - all cleaned up. We were very satisfied so we had them to install more flooring. Again - very satisfied!! I recommend them every time someone mentions they need flooring.

Affordable Floors just tore up all the carpet in our home and put down vinyl plank flooring. Did the whole house in 2 days. It looks so good now. Scot was wonderful to work with. And the installation crew was fantastic. So courteous and willing to answer any questions we had. Moved all the furniture very carefully and put everything back exactly the way it was. Will be returning when we re-do our bathrooms later. Highly recommend Affordable Floors for any flooring needs you may have.

Love my floors!!! I had been wanting new floors for a long time. I went to talk with Scot and he showed me a ton of samples. I decided on laminate, we set a date and his team got it done! I called Scot when I had an issue with my bathroom floor. Somehow there was some damage to the subfloor that needed fixed. I had him to install my kitchen, hall and bathroom floor previously and thought he could suggest someone for repairing it. He came out to check it and said he would send one of his guys out to look at it. The other guy came out, said he would get in touch with Scot and get back with me. A week later I still hadn’t heard from them. I called the second guy who told me he was on a job and would call me back later. I Never heard from him again. So I called Scot again and told him what was going on and he said “Oh I thought we had taken care of that.” He said he would get in touch with another guy to look at my floor. Well I was finally able to get back in touch with Scot 3 WEEKS LATER when I had still heard nothing from ANYONE ! I reminded him that he said he would find someone to look at my floor. HE THEN TELLS ME HE’S NOT A CONTRACTOR, HE JUST INSTALLS THE FLOOR AND THAT HE CAN’T STAND BEHIND THE INSTALLATION !!!!!! SERIOUSLY? A FLOORING COMPANY THAT WON’T STAND BEHIND THEIR OWN INSTALLATIONS.... I will remember that when I get the new flooring in my living room!!!!!
