The only problem I have with this laundromat is they do not enforce the requirement that they have posted on their very door saying face masks are required, I felt comfortable and safe knowing I could bring my clothes here as I spend countless amounts of money and time at this facility which is impeccable with cleanliness so I was certain they would enforce the safety as they have posted as well as the governor has mandated that when in public face masks are required, and as I sit here tonight it is a Sunday evening Im sitting in my car the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving I have watched 15 customers go and this establishment all before 6 p.m. no face covering whatsoever nobody says a word, no one is cleaning the windows or the door handles that Im used to watching them clean behind bare hands opening the doors, as these inconsiderate residents of Catawba County continuously go in and out of our establishments not just this one without wearing a face mask caring not at all for their fellow man and children that tag along, my doctor just told me last week theyre shutting the doctors office going back to video appointments because Catawba counties coronavirus cases have inclined significantly tell me again why this is not being enforced at this establishment that I have come to love so much do I now have to find another laundromat I can only hope someone sees this review and does something about it management needs to step up this is uncalled for people this country is at a pandemic people are dying left and right this is not my joke this is not a gimmick this is real, my own daughter suffered through the virus you need to cover your face you need to think of others symptoms are no symptoms you could be passing this virus onto others cover your face and if you cant cover your face stay home

Only issue is people parking in handicap spot two cars in spot no stickers on either.

This is by far the best laundromat I’ve ever been to. The machines are new and updated, and they get your clothes very clean. The prices to wash and dry your clothes are very reasonable. The restrooms are very clean as is the entire facility. The dryers are big and dry your clothes quickly. The employees are polite and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

My first time using this facility and I must say I was very impressed . Immediately I noticed the cleanliness of the building. The machines looked almost brand new and in working order. Only 1 unit was not in service and that is unheard of for a place this size. The simple things that are often overlooked but vital such as workinng change machines and proper signage were spot on. The buggies & folding stations were all excellent. The attendant was courteous and seemed happy to help,rather than bothered when interacting with customers. Definitely recommend this business without hesitation.

Cleanest Ive seen...No Rats! It has an added bonus you dont have to purchase a card you can put your quarters in the machines like normal no special things you have to deal with such as another that down the street you may have a 6-inch rat come about between machines and runoverr your foot! Eeeeeek!

I was really excited when this place opened up. They advertise wash, fold and dry services, but out of the four times that I stopped there to drop off my clothes, there was only an employee there once. They do a good job washing the clothes and the detergent wasnt overpowering like some laundromats.
