Not open at 7am like store states for hours and there is 3 people here waiting and one man stated it happens every Saturday

Two workers tonight were to lazy to work . One claimed they were pregnant and the other supposedly had a sprained spine ??! Idk but I went In earlier and one with blue / green hair had a nasty attitude prior to existing costumers. I went back in at 12:45 and they were closing shop due to being to.tired to work . They were claiming t ok be pregnant amd had a broken spine . I would have felt sorry for them but the one with a spine problem was standing straight up and seemed to be okay, and not In pain at all . And the other female only said she was pregnant and was tired??

Cant say that im real familiar with the liquor part but i am real keen on vape stuff and honestly i dont see why anyone would complain. They probly have thee absolute best selection of vape juice ive ever seen. Ive been vaping since before there was any store in the U.S.A. we had to really want to vape cause it all came from over seas and we never got to look at anything or even smell the liquid before we had to just order and hope it was decent.. If you do a lil research before hand, there really isnt anything to complain about. All good things!!

Bought a puff bar disposable and opened it when I got home and it didn’t even work. Called them and they told me they couldn’t do anything. I’ve worked a liquor/vape store and you’re suppose to sell the customer a working product. I just funded the new star charity fund. Maybe use the money I just “gave” you to get your “company” a new parking lot. Or some air fresheners to make it not smell like a locker room in there. DO BETTER.

Great prices, very helpful and friendly staff

I bought a $70 model for vaping and it didnt even last 12 hours. I took it back to exchange it, knowing that a refund was probably out of the question. Nothing offered but too bad for your luck. I have vaped for 2 years and having a shop in Newton sounded great but I will not go back.

Best customer service... Helped me find the mod I was lookin for and even popped sealant back on after I riped it off!!!
