I ordered for a custom camera cake for my husbands birthday. The owner made the occasion very special. It was so scrumptious and the flavors were wonderful! The process of ordering the cake was effortless and the staff are very kind and very helpful. Will absolutely come back😀😀😀

How am I just discovering this place? Theyve been there for 24 years! Very, very good. Excellent muffins and lindsor cookies (my favorite). Incredibly friendly. I cant wait to try the carrot cake. Highly recommend.

An amazing find. This bakery has the feel of a no-nonsense place thats well established. Doesnt look flashy but everything they sell looks and tastes great.Practical things: Parking is behind them accessed along the right of the shop. Seating for 6 (3 tiny tables)They often sell out of things by later in the day. If the selection seems small, you may be too late.

What delicious cupcakes! The cake was moist and the frosting was to die for! Some of the cupcakes were filled with a light and airy cream, a luxurious caramel, or a decadent chocolate ganache. We bought them to celebrate my husbands birthday and they were perfectly special. Additionally, the service was quick and friendly, the parking was easy, and the ambience of the little shop was homey and comfortable. Ill be back to try their array of muffins and pies. I cant wait.

Homemade cookies and turnover dessert

We love our local neighborhood bake shop! Our favorites are the mini raspberry turnovers and the cinnamon muffins.

Never had a chance to taste any of their products. So, not commenting on it. But poor customer service. I called them the previous day to ask for pricing on a 8 and a 10 birthday cake and was told the person is not available. Called them the next day and was asked to call back later since the person who can answer my question was on another call. I was totally fine till now. Called them again 10 minutes later and the person who picked up the call asked me to be on hold for a minute and completely forgot about it. I waited for about 8-9 minutes on the call and she never came back. Its been more than 30 minutes since I called them. I kept on trying their number after disconnecting and not able to reach them. It looks like she kept the phone off the hook and still didnt realize. Even if its a one man/woman show there, customer service matters.

The best bakery! It is close to my work. I buy regularly from them for 1.5 years. Tried almost everything. So delicious and fresh! Reminds me my moms pastry. Great pleasure to have them close 💛

Yum! I bought an apple pie from Country Desserts at a farmers market this morning and Im so happy I did! The pie was seriously delicious. The crust was amazing! I will definitely be visiting their physical location in the future

I really enjoy seeing this bakery set up at the Farmers Market each week. They are different in their baking as they do not add all that unnecessary salt and sugar. This makes the pastries more delectable, tasty, finger licking good, & guilt free!A few of our favorites are the Strawberry Rhubarb and Blueberry Peach pies. The flavor blends are done to perfection with tucked within a flaky, flavorful crust - NOT BURNT - an added plus.The cookies are definitely a must have every time I go because I can sneak a few of those for dessert anytime without that heavy feeling other cookies have. These cookies you can see are made with wholesome, real ingredients.Lets not get started with the muffins okay? Who doesnt love a good muffin for breakfast? Look no further...CDBs muffins are so tempting to have seven days a week, all year long! A different one every day it doesnt matter - theyre all perfect for any time actually.Geez, I might have to run over to the store now and buy some!

One of the best pastries shops I’ve ever been to. Their muffins are amazing (coffee cake, banana nut and chocolate chip are my favorite). I bring sweets to my office all the time and people love them!

The best carrot cake in town!

I went to this shop based on a competitor suggestion as they could not do the cake that I wanted.It was last minute. I was a bit worried because the original meeting was not as customer service friendly that I was expecting.It ended up being the best decision ever. The baker (Im assuming the owner) warmed up and delivered like she said she would.Prices are reasonable and the cakes taste GREAT!

This place is sweet. I agree with that guy who hated it on some accounts.. limited selection, small, but a very nice, classic looking bakery where you can come in and enjoy coffee and a pasty in peace.I ordered two of the pecan twists and a coffee (3 bucks!), forget dunkins.I ordered a pecan pie from here for my girlfriends birthday and it was delicious. Great place to stop in for a coffee and some pastries, and they are more than happy to fill custom orders

My wife casually went there a while back, on a whim to get a snack and had a sub-par customer service experience there where she told me that the women behind the counter were a bit brash and rude. She brought back a couple of pastries which werent all that great but I still decided to check it out... eventually.That time came a few weeks ago where I was driving by the place and hungry. I parked in one of the two spots right in front and walked in.Upon entering I found myself in a tiny store with a couple chairs and a table. In front of me was a pastry counter which was 1/3 full and only really featured a couple of brownies, some cookies and a few muffins. I almost wanted to walk out but figured that Id just get a muffin, pay and walk out.The woman never cracked a smile and barely mumbled an answer back at me after I asked how she was doing. I took my muffin, paid (cash only by the way) and drove the mile or so back home before digging in.The muffin I had was flavorless and dry. Must like what my wife had brought back from her visits when she purchased those brownies. Im not sure what theyre trying to do there but if baking sub-par, dry and flavorless baked goods is their goal, then theyre excelling!All in all, Country Desserts is a conveniently located, mediocre bakery with terrible customer service. No thanks.

Everything Ive had there has been absolutely delicious, especially the lemon cookies, florentine cookies, raspberry turnovers, and pecan rugelach. They dont mass produce like the larger bakeries, so dont expect cases of dozens of varieties of baked goods. Each item tastes like it was specially prepared for me! Go earlier for a better selection.

The owner is extremely rude. Ive been going there for years and Ive had to put up with it because my mother likes it there but today I asked for three iced half-calf coffees and she said next time I should just order it the normal way and also complained about how many packets of sugar I took (it was 4 packets). To the top that off she also complained about me using my debit card, even though my order came to $11 (the card minimum is $10). All in all Im tired of her complaining about me buying things from her shop....? After all of that, she made my order wrong. (P.s I go in to her shop every day of the week that theyre open).
