My service this morning by far was absolutely phenomenal. It was a perfect five star. The minute I walked in I was greeted by the service advisor with no time wasted, no hassled. He was professional, treated me with respect. Right now Sussex Honda is on my top list, the place to fix my car or my family members car. Not to say the least, Honda gave me the best rate in prices when compared with other competitors. Im not saying price matching with the competitors, but exponential better in price. Let me put it all in a nutshell; I was very satisfied with the service. Great Job! Keep it up. I want the big boys (CEO) to Recognize them.

Great experience buying a Pilot from Sussex Honda. Cameron is a great salesperson, was not at all pushy and explain us all the options available. I went their to buy a Passport but ended up buying a Pilot. On the delivery day, the SUV was clean and ready waiting for us. Before taking it out, a product specialist explained us all the features like remote start, seat adjustments, etc. And the biggest one, Sussex Honda is not overcharging in the name of chip shortage. Overall great experience!

Great experience. Everyone at this dealership was top notch.Sad to say that when my lease is up it will be the first time in many years I do not get a Honda. All 2022 models are four door and look like every other boring sedan on the road. I do not drive a car with four doors never have and never will.

While the employees that I encountered were all pleasant, the service took way too long. I had a 4:00 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I did not get out of there for an hour and a half. I will think twice before having those services done there in the future.

Took my 2016 Civic in for service as the air conditioning system was blowing warm air into the cabin. The tech said the condenser was leaking and needed replacement. They did the work at no charge due to the extended warranty. The new condenser worked great for two days and now I have warm air again. Going back to Sussex Honda for further evaluation.5/26/21: Went back to Sussex Honda and once again spoke with Service Advisor Paul E. This time I was told that the air conditioning condensersO-rings needed replacement (why this wasnt done a week ago is puzzling). I waited two hours and the air conditioning system worked fine for one day. Next day, warm air was once again present in the cabin despite my setting the A/C system to Low.I do NOT recommend Sussex Honda for service. The tech(s) who serviced my vehicle need to be reprimanded. Having a new customer return twice for the same issue and not getting it right is unacceptable. Paul E. said they have great techs on site, but as they say, the proof is in the pudding.I wont be back.
I drive more than 20 miles out of my way to go to Sussex Honda because my local Honda service center is awful.At Sussex Honda, I get no-nonsense, straight forward customer service. I get treated with respect and sincerity. I also get spot-on diagnosis of the problem sometimes before the vehicle has even been looked at. Clearly, the customer service folks and their mechanics know their stuff.Im also not made to wait an unreasonably long time for my service while hearing other customers complaining about the same thing.My truck needed some work by the time I was at 100,000 plus miles. Knowing that, I hesitated to go to my local Honda because I didnt trust them and they were part of the reason my truck needed work.Sussex Honda gained my trust and as a result, my business when it was time to put some real $ back into the truck. Thank you!
Service department is the greatest in the area. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff. We not only go there for oil changes (which are very reasonably priced) but for all maintenance - big or small. We have never had any issues with their work!

Great Service. Very professional. took my car for maintenance and it was done within an hour. I thought it would take at least 2-3 hours, since the dealer where I got my car originally takes an hour for an oil change, and this time it required more than that. Also big difference in price (saved about 200 dollars) compared to the original honda dealer in route 23. Very happy with Sussex Honda

On my most recent visit to this dealership I was greeted by a Service Advisor not yet familiar to me. His name was Danny and the service he provided was exceptional. My car is getting older and things are beginning to need attention. Danny, who explained that he had been a mechanic before transitioning to this new role, answered all my questions, advised me on how best to handle situations that may arise and went out of his way to allay my concerns without ever being condescending or impatient with me. I wanted to let management know how much this is appreciated and that they have a valuable employee in this young man.
The service is quick and the staff is very helpful and I am very grateful for their service.

Jeff in service is phenomenal! My last service had a few bumps along the way, but I will definitely be returning to let them prove themselves once again. I drive past a local Honda dealer then an additional 30 minute drive to get to Sussex because the local one is terrible.
I had a bad experience here a few months ago, but Paul and everyone there today helped change my mind. Paul was the sweetest man, and I was greeted with a smile by everyone working today. I felt well taken care of and understood everything. Paul went out of his way to help me. I am glad I feel more confident going back here again like I used to.
My appointment was 4/14/21 at 8:00am, Paul at the service counter helped me sign in and had answered any questions I had being that my car was a 2020. This is my second Honda Accord that I had purchased at this dealership and have always been pleased with their service department. Paul was very kin, respectful when speaking to me, and made me feel very comfortable from the time I came through the door till I paid my bill and he walked me to the door. Very kind employee you have there. I worked in retail for 45 years and recently retired and I know that it is not always how the customer is treated. Kudos to Paul in service.
Sussex Honda was so welcoming and accommodating! They gave me some incentives during my visit and changed my key battery for me for a small fee! Will definitely be visiting again for future services!

On the way West to East with the RV when our 2009 CRV tow car faltered on the return from a side trip to LBI. It was a Friday so I figured wed have to wait until Monday to find out our fate. Probably set our plans back a bit. So I was delighted to find out Sussex Honda was open on a Saturday. I thought it must be the Sales Dept only but the place was very busy looking like a regular work day.. I talked to Danny in Service, telling him my sob story (easily could have been) and asked if they could take a look at the car maybe on Monday. Danny said they could look at it today and depending on whats wrong, maybe even get it back to me by the end of the day! Danny called 4 hours later to say they had diagnosed the problem but they needed to order a part which would be in first thing Monday morning and said he was sorry about that. I told him not to worry, they were already ahead of schedule and that I was able to borrow a friends truck to go to Binghamton for the weekend. I told Danny I was really hoping that I could get it by Thursday for a trip to New Hampshire. On Monday morning at 9:00 the car was ready! And this included additional preventative maintenance work (plugs, serpentine belt) that I had requested. I dont usually go into the dealership for repairs and maybe all Honda dealerships are this responsive but in general this kind of service seems hard to find these days. Dannys warm, professional response to my situation put me immediately at ease And the service department backed him up. The CRV has been into the city and back and is now headed to NH as I type (no, Im not driving).
I went into Sussex Honda for an oil change. They changed my oil and let me know a brake light was out. They changed that and my wiper blade. They offered me bottled water and snacks while I waited in their TV lounge. Very happy with the service.

I tried to make an appointment for Sussex Honda service online, but the website didn’t work: I filled out the forms to register, but then the website wouldn’t advance to available times — it returned to the home page and had me register again; after a couple cycles of this, I gave up. It was evening and I couldn’t call for an appointment. So I just showed up for an oil change, was warned by the service writer that wait time would be 90-120 minutes, which was just about right.
Their customer service is extraordinary. Always friendly service department staff, it’s actually a pleasure to have my car serviced, especially with the complimentary car wash!

My car has two recalls on it, try to get it fixed promised a loaner car (said I need to be 21 which I’m 24) gets there changes the age to 25 acknowledges that the parts on my car are faulty and that they’ve given me a loaner in the past and proceeds to tell me to call mommy or daddy to save the day and rent a car. Also let them know I live alone and can own a house but not borrow a car and they proceed to tell me to ask my significant other to come get me a loaner, so as a single 24 girl I can’t own a home with a significant other in their mind???

I have just leased my 6th Honda from Sussex Honda and each time was a good experience. The first five I dealt with the same salesman, Gary Zinn, but this time it was with a different one because the former had moved south. My new rep was Christopher Burd and he was as pleasant to work with as Gary! I had wanted to upgrade to CR-V EX-L and was specific about the color, so they had to search for one. They found it in 2 days. Everything went smoothly and Chris did an excellent job. I’ll most likely be going back in 3 years for my next vehicle!!

My brother John and I experience with Miss Kaitlyn Hambright was wonderful from start to finish. We met her at the showrooms door and she took us through every step of the transaction with no worries. We received the price we wanted at first offer and we received what we wanted for our trade too. The other dealership we went to first would not offer and did not give us what we wanted for our trade. So, Sussex Honda has our business for a long as I drive the car which is going to be a long time, My recommendation is to look up Miss Hambright and other capable sales consultants and work with them for the deal that you want. Sussex Hondas consultants will work with you to get you the best possible deal for you!
Monday morning oil change and tire rotation and they were able to tell me when my last trans fluid (CVT) which was done at another dealer and it was due. they looked on carfax to confirm the miles since.. they do try to sell the other maintenance items but usually is because your vehicle is do for it, and always check specials on web site but they will tell you if it is a soecial.ok
