This is the go to spot on hot days. Huge selection to pick from. Staff is nice and helpful. They have outdoor seating and corn hole. I highly recommend this place.

My grandson and I enjoyed grabbing a snow cone here. He got the Super Hero and I got the Tropical Sunset which was an excellent choice.

It was my first time going here to try snow cones. I went with my little sister, Dad, and his friend. The Snow cone I got was delicious!! It was also pretty busy.

Service is a little slow due to covid and general understaffing, but this place has wonderfully delicious flavors. I recommend dragons brew

I love this place sometimes it can take a hot minute for them to make your snow cone but every flavor Ive ever tried has been good and they have a ton of sugar free and dye free options available as well

Lots of flavors to choose from and prices are great, but most of the time the staff doesnt look very happy and makes you feel not wanted. Not sure if they own this building or not, but it could really use a facelift.

My first visit to a pelican snowballs, the woman working there cheerfully explained the menu and made suggestions. A very enjoyable place to visit.

I love Pelicans because its something that me and my husband can do with our dog who is basically our child and who doesnt love the places they can take your dog to reward with a nice cold treat on a hot summer dayits one of our favorite things to do over the summer and its right near our house

Every wanted snow in the summer ? Pelicans is the place to go for snow in the summer, especially snow cream. Great place to go yes the line may seem long at times but remember your not the only one that is hot and wants snow in the summer. 😃❄️❄️🍧If you like cold coffee try the pelicans version of the Cappuccino .

Love their snocones! The strawberry daiquiri is my favorite flavor but they have so many amazing ones! The service is always friendly and fast. They have great hours of operation, love that they stay open so late!

Im not a big fan of snowballs, but my daughter is! The lady at the window was very kind & sweet, however, we were last there in October & the bees were HORRIBLE! They only have about 4 picnic tables to sit at and all of them were surrounded by bees! I complained to the lady, the only employee there at the time, and she said she had sprayed that morning to no avail. I personally think just keeping the tables clean would detour them bc they were covered in that syrup! For the Newton location to be so large, it doesnt make sense why they wouldnt open up the interior for a inside dining experience and that way, bees wouldnt be a concern!

The worst pelicans this far and weve visit them often at several location between here and Mooresville well never stop again.... They all havent been properly taught how to make the combination ones, cups come out super stuck with juice all over them and drinched in flavor so much half the cup is nothing by the flavoring order and pay for one size who knows what size youll actually receive and these kids have no clue on how to talk to customers they act like you went behind the wall made it yourself then asked them to fix it ...SMH but everything customer related had went down hill
