Homes were beautiful but only seen sales person to get key. Never knew a salesman to do like this.

We went in June 8th and talked with a sales guy and everything seemed perfect we even told him the ones across the street were rude and we wouldnt use them. He gave us some info and plans and I called him the next day with the plans I liked to get prices. Well I heard nothing so my husband called on the 12th and the guy acted like he never heard from me before. So we again gave him some names and he was to call us back and has yet to do that. We called again on the 21st and this guy is on vacation now so someone else said they would check. Well guess what today is the 26th and he has not returned our call either. Very disappointing.... we really thought this would be a good company but I guess I was wrong and we will find someone else that is willing to take our money.

Terrible experience. These guys (especially Bruce) will tell you what ever you want to hear until they get your deposit and then they dont give a S*** about you. I gave them a 27K cash deposit on each house (2 houses). I was promised these house by no later than the 1st one in April 15th 2020 and the 2nd one no later than May 15th 2020. Now it is almost July and Bruce told me it will be some time in 2021 and the price has went up 20K per house. He would barely even answer my calls or texts and was not willing to help me any at all. Terrible experience. Dont fall for these guys. You will not be happy by the end of the transition I promise.

I bought a house from this place. Its been nearly 6 months. Cant live in the house yet. My payment is due today. Cant live in my house! This is the worst experience i have ever had. I am very sorry i got involved with these people. I posted a review three weeks ago. They had it taken down. So i cant say all i want to. But belive me. I wouldnt use this company. Well its june 9th still not in my house. Made the payment on the 5th. Was told i would be in between the 1st and the 6th. Now they wont return my calls. What do i do now.well is june 11 still no calls. Wife had to call the county to see what was the hold up. It was the well. The well guy took nearly three weeks to email a paper to the county. You would thick someone would have tried to get the paper in less than three weeks. So i took thiz week off to move because i was told between the 1st and the 6th. Now it will be next week. MAYBE.

Matt is very nice and helpful only thing I didnt like was all the homes that was in the way and not set up.

Bruce is the one we work with and I love the homes and cant wait to start purchasing a home for a little family.

You order the colors you want, but they cant seem to get the right colors and they didnt want to make it right I talked to the GM here just told ne to talk to the salesman and I thought used car salesmen were good liars

David, Juan and Jeff worked together to help us make our deal work! Matt in construction has also been great! So far highly recommended. Will post updates throughout the process as we wrap up and prep for build.

We stopped and looked at the different models on site. Matt V walked us through the first house and gave us the key to look at the rest. He answered our questions honestly and was very helpful. We are still deciding on where to get our home but Oakwood is definitely in the running.

Very rude salesman.....we bought a home from Oakwood years back and had a wonderful sales person,,,,,the idiot they have working there now sure wont keep them in business....I have a friend who bought a modular home from them on the past 6 months and she says sounds like the idiot we dealt with.....he needs to be TAUGHT how AMERICANS talk and respect each other...they may act like that from his country but dont bring it into the U.S.A. !!!! Glad our neighbor traveled to the company down near Linden NC and got their modular bought straight, no middle man and saved right at $20.000 and didnt deal with Oakwood sales idiot!!!! Your loss!!!! And Im sure youll have much more!

I purchased a doble wide home and they never take care the warranties the way they talked and l call several times and they always said they will take care, and guess what that never happened, l am just not happy, if you interested and buying a house from this people you let me know and send you pictures of all the imperfections in on the house l purchased from this company Oakwood Homes............

I wouldnt get a home from them. They are filled with a bunch of lies. And the guy who sold us the house is never available anymore.it takes way to long for anyone to come out and fix anything. More of a hassle than anything.

Just called them to find out about purchasing a home . The Hispanic guy I talked to was telling 6 or 8 months to get a place . Then tells me about a place where it is 180 a month lot rent plus price of home . Told him that wasnt a option . Then he brings up homes already set up and starts talking about that . I said well surely that wouldnt take six or 8 months for one of those . Then he says well we dont deal with those anymore . I asked why did you tell me then . Useless just useless
